In this video, you will see the fun gameplay of the Top Tier F-4F KWS LV aircraft, which was added to the German technology tree with the Seek And Destroy update to War Thunder. The most important feature that distinguishes this F-4 from other F-4s is the new AIM-120A missile and AIM- 9 L/I missiles.

How? I fail to see how this video proves it in any way. All it did was show that aim120’s work. Thats it. Doesnt have anything to do with their platform.
@@SaIIasin omg dogfighting and top tier is obsolete. Just go back to base when you’re out of missiles and you’re good. This isn’t DCS. You don’t have to have every plane be an amazing dogfighting plane
@@T95man I never said top tier is all about dogfights, or did I? Doesnt change anything about the point that is being made. The F4 is a bad platform and It suffers the most out of all in closer engagements. And besides, even at longer distances it suffers the most, as it has to get pretty close compared to others to even fire because its slow. Nobody said its unplayable, ofc it isnt it has aim 120s. But saying its a good aircraft is just straight up a lie.
Edit : also no hmd& bad turn rate ….

after a bunch of grinding to spade this aircraft i would say that this plane is just fine
Being a f4 in 13.3 does sucks but you do able to carry bombs addition to 4 arh missles and 4 irccm missiles so it does alr in grinding and getting a few kills. The missiles just carries this jet.

People will complain about it not being as good as for ex a grippen or an f16 but it wasn't supposed to be, besides flight performance (which is tbh kinda useless in 16v16 where you barely ever dogfight) its not even that bad because of fox3s, great radar and scuffed aim9Ms, the only problems are flight performance and maybe flare count but tbh its not even that bad and besides you can use it well for CAS

people forget you dont need good flight performance to sling aim-120s, I was doing it in the harrier and it was pretty fun
