Sorry if its a dumb question. Is it possible to replace razer blade laptop display with a higher resolution one ? For example, razer blade 17 pro comes with FHD display or 4K touch screen display - would it be possible to dissasemble laptop with FHD and install 4K touch screen so the laptop can support it ?
Unfortunately you cannot upgrade LCD screen. Connector will be different.

Did you have to replace the entire back? Or just the lcd? How did you get it off? It is completely different than all the tutorials CZcams. 😭😭😭

@@UbergeeksBiz I had the 2888 that he had and I couldn't find the tape at the bottom. Lol. I literally had to break the lcd in multiple pieces and the tape was so hard to remove. 😂😂😂😂😂😭😭😭 . I had to cut with knife, scissor, scape off, got 2 cuts from broken lcd. When I finally got all the tape off the hard way, Boom your directions worked so effortlessly. Lol. 😂😂😂😂😂 When you can't just pull the tape down like you did. It was hell getting it off. Thanks so much for this video you saved me so much money. Liked and subscribed. 👍🏾😁
What size double sided tape did you use? 2mm 3mm 5mm or 10mm?

Did you reuse that bezel? Because it looked really bent after you were done removing it. Is there anyway to make it look flush and pristine after taking it off and putting the new screen in? I have to get mine sent into the shop and I'm worried that if they reuse my bezel on the outside of my screen replacement it's going to look horrible and bent.
Yes, I reused the same bezel after. It turned out okay, of course minor noticeable but wasn't that obvious.
