only if you plan to do close up techniques or want to obstruct the game completely because maybe you are ahead. You can do crescent kicks, punches, twist kicks from close distance as a taller guy.
@@alexparis4589 you can do the same move from open stance if you want to land that same axe kick. Otherwise it works from the same position anyways. You just have to manage the distance right.
