Congratulations, I just moved to moved to Dallas coming from NYC. My wife and I are currently building in Celina as well. A community called Bluewood Celina. How are you enjoying Celina and TX ? Maybe my family could do lunch with your family, we have 6yr old boy & girl twins.
Congrats! I bet your mind was blown at how much house you get for the money compared to anywhere in NY. I moved from Jersey years ago and I love the prices I found in NC. It’s going through the roof. But when I first moved here in 2008, I had a 2 BR apt with washer and dryer for $550. Now I pay $1040 for a 1 BR with washer and dryer. I’m buying my home in November.
@@ajwriter5699 congratulations on your home purchase. Unfortunately the prices in Texas are just as expensive as NY these days , but nonetheless it would still cost me more to actually build a new home in NY.
