While some may have hoped that the reportedly more worldly Ivanka would be a moderate voice in the White House, this was quickly quashed when it was shown she similar political views to her father.

I have actually felt GRATEFUL that neither of my parents lived to see this shit show! They were lifelong Democrats, had hosted the Iowa caucus for their precinct more than once, and volunteeted to be poll workers several times, as well. My dad was a proud Army vet, Boy Scout leader and farmer. He and my mom were deacons in the church and taught Sunday School.
So, having beem raised by these two wonderful, kind, and generous people, I would never have wished on them the thongs that WE have had to wutness these past 3+ years from the Trumps!
