Looks like 6, 7 and 8” spoilers being used on various cars.

A bunch of things being used and tested today. There will be varying horsepowers tested as well, I’m sure. They are trying to get these things dialed in and quickly, for the 1.5-milers.

@@tyleracimovic823 do you think 800 would be too much? I know these cars are weak in the side force department so higher horsepower might require bigger spoilers or other measures

The tests are starting to get better with a higher horsepower package, but they need to go faster, too restricted. But my goodness they sound good.

I believe in the racing community , for the next few years , all different branches of auto racing will begin to morph all cars and makes and chassis to one universal chassis that can be used all over the world in different kinds of racing with just the front ends and tails actually looking like or even produced by the car companies that each car represents .

I hate to see them go from 5 lug to one center knock off. That's too much like indy car. They need to come up with their own rules instead of getting ideas from other orgs.

James Pinckard, other auto racing series went to the one center knock off aspect long ago, not just Indy Cars series. NASCAR should've done it also long ago.
