I take toilet and water for flushing iny house because I use prepaid to pump the water. and the toilet is biodigester the company did for me on credit so I gather the money each month to make payments. moreover I serviced one a month ago and it cost 500 cedis so who's money should I use to repair. there are some many households without toilet facilities so if you are lucky to have one in your residence be grateful. that's why some landlords who don't want nonsense just add it to the rent.
the judgement is sometimes not fair or comprehensive enough....Judge lamis did not cover the part where the Toilet is used by all the tenants and the land lady has to bear the cost of removal? I thought Lamis would touch on that. Tenants contributing towards a facility that they use together is not be ilegal la!!!
Too many procedural errors. I think this show must aim at not only creating happiness but must educate people about the law and the appropriate conduct of people in court.
