To think part of the book on TD in the draft was he was too slow apparently :)
Was at this game....was awesome.
The Broncos were just unstoppable at home. From 96 to 98 they only lost ONE home game and that was in the 96 divisional round against the Jaguars. After that, the Broncos would not lose until John Elway was retired.
Shanahan didn't have the Broncos ready to play in the 96' divisional. I know one thing for sure, Jimmy Johnson would have had that team ready, and they would have 3 peated with him as their HC. Actually, 4 peated because he would have convinced Elway to come back one more year.
THIS GAME WAS BRUTAL... DCB4L
Crazy to think we didn't get more Aikman/Elway QB matchups
Agree. It just doesn't seem right that they didn't face each other more often.
No it's not.. they played in Separate Conferences on a what? Every 4 yrs basis? How were we going to get more? C'mon man
A great match up would have been the 93 Cowboys and the 98 Broncos.
The Cowboys' first loss to an AFC West opponent since Week 7 of the 1989 season.
98 broncos vs 98 Vikings should of been the Super Bowl
The Cowboys have yet to beat the Broncos in those uniforms the Broncos currently wear.
It's disgraceful how Tom Nalen isn't in the Hall of Fame
@ ryan bush am still Insisting in 1987 Dallas cowboys at new York jets game but I haven't seen it up yet I heard you have it
Damn Elway made Deion a non factor 😂
Dirty cut blocking by the Broncos O-line @ 32:27.
🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
It actually was legal back then.
When Terrell Davis has his second long TD run I said to my dad "He's definitely going to be a Hall of Famer!" My dad said "He could suffer a carrer ending knee injury this year." He was off by one year as TD did suffer what ended up being a career ending knee injury in 1999. Terrell did end up being a Hall of Famer, in his 10th year of eligibility.
Birth years of the silent snap count. Lol now it’s just common. No need to be talked about
23 ypc 😂
