You need to change into Doram form to do "everything" in New Doram Map, by clicking the Cat Paw icon behind the ChatBox. No need change job to Doram.

The Daily Interact Attempt is the reward u can gain by sitting on the Skateboard/Cat Sofa. you can get 5 rewards per day.

It means there no time req
You can get the buff if your lucky for short time spending sitting or really unlucky and spend an hr just to get the buff
