Hawes is quickly turning into a legendary trail system. It deserves all the great press that it gets. Rocky drops, sandy switchbacks, achievable climbs, and some of the best views you will find anywhere. 🤙
It's amazing. I go to AZ for a week every year in April. I used to go to Sedona, but since 2 years ago I've been riding Hawes and that jump park in Mesa (I think it's called Desert Trails). Going again next month and I'll probably do Hawes again ... TBH I like it better than Sedona, plus I save an hour driving.
The local riders are lucky to have that trail. What on awesome mix of flow, technical sections, and gorgeous scenery! Thanks for the introduction to a new trail system. You just got another subscriber.
Some of those Hawes trails can be kind of sketchy with the loose dirt, but you kind killed it. All that snow is on the peaks btw, which is more near Flagstaff
Damn cool you rode some Hawes trails! Sunset is no joke, they only finished building it about a year and a half ago, they've added those alt lines near the top about 6 months ago.

Rode Hawes in January just after it rained a bit and it was super fun alot different Canadian terrain. Definitely pay with some arm scratches if you cut some corners too tight.
😮 👈 that was my face during sunset ridge!! Hawes has trails for every skill level. That's what I really like about it. I've riden RMR and looked down that first drop at Sunset Ridge😮😮😮 You guys made it look so easy 😂. That trail is no joke🤘🤘
that trail looks very much like main land Australia trails. u guys should deffintly come out and ride stromlo, thredbo, derby

In the later part of the video, when sombody in a blue shirt is juuust in visual range on the trail, it really gave a sense of speed in a different way. I mean of course, you’re shredding going fast, but it really came through especially awesome, too me at least🤘🤘
