- In this one, Juston and I explore the newest off road and adventure park in Texas in our Toyota FJ Cruisers, Merus Adventure Park! This place is HUGE! We were only able to spend one day, but I'm ready to head back already! I've been to several parks in Texas, and so far, this one is my favorite. It's so large that it feels very natural, and as if you're actually exploring while you're there.

Awesome! I look forward to checking it out.
I don't think you'll be disappointed!
I bet that tactical snorkel brings ALL the overland bros to your yard 😂😂😂
No doubt!
If you haven't been you must check out hidden falls in marble falls Texas, that place is epic. 🤘💯
It's pretty great!

You guys were both great. Thanks for the video!
Sometimes even Ken needs 4WD!!! LOL
The Texas trailblazers Justin and Ken enjoy a new park. Pretty amazing those rocks looked like real tire eaters!
Great video Ken, thanks!
Thanks Jey!
Great 4x4 guys, thank you, just the action and no BS music oh yes and the little puppy dog
Glad you liked it!
Very cool, fun to watch the two different builds take on the trail. Thanks Ken happy trails.
Thanks Dan! Yes, very different experiences!
@@offroadhub.official both were highly enjoyable!!
Yes drone footage finally! 👍🤣🍿🧈 Awesome vid Ken!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked the dronage!
Looks it might be a Collared Lizard, but I'm not 100% on that.
It was a pretty big one!
Found hidden falls video 👍
Have y’all tried hidden falls adventure park in marble falls Texas!? Awesome place to play. Might be able to hang with the smaller fj. First time to the channel. Good video y’all!👍🍺
I really hope you guys find the “harder action” you were so desperately looking for!
We certainly did! 😜

@@offroadhub.official d/diamond,, 2nd low, 15 ks hr. most std 4x4rs are good at 2nd low. 90 % of hills. tire pressure helps, 3 lb less, makes difference. most people in our club run 20 psi.. phoowy,, i run 16 to 10. cos i have the big 35,s.. no one else can fit on there vehicle.. or dont want to for price, laws.. bought some 36 x 15.5, never used them.. mtz. had some steel rims drilled for 160.5 & 170 mm.. they look the part on my bronco.. look up some ausie vids. did i say, 4x4 inskip beach. before..all the best, stay safe,,dont let the bidens bite..
The harder action is on the ranch next to it.
Thee green, blue and black signs are from ski areas. Any they're based on the relative difficulty for that certain area.
Dang I should’ve been following closer I probably could’ve met you. I live in Amarillo and also have an FJ.
Next time!
I grew up in that canyon, its a crazy fact that it is the 2nd largest in the US, because its not even big by any means when compared to The Grand Canyon. That place is NUTS!! Truly
It's pretty amazing! Can't wait to go back!
The lizard is a mountain boomer, pretty aggressive lizard. Surprised it didn't chase you.
Oh that's good to know! Thank you! 😄
Great off-road video, this is what off roading is...good job guys!!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Whoa crazy, you went to Texas too!? World traveler over heaaaaah!
If you're still in the area, go check out Crossbar Ranch in Davis, Oklahoma
I'll have to check that out next time!
Just moved to Idaho from Texas and love the adventure scene up here. I cant wait to find a club! Love the channel man.
What part of Idaho? Snake River Off-roaders is the club in eastern Idaho.
@@offroadhub.official I'm in Pocetello, and I will check then out! Thanks bud
Very spectacular!
Have you ever thought "maybe we will need an helicopter to get oit of that stone hell??"
Good job and thanks for sharing!
I have had thoughts of helicopter recoveries before 😆 Thanks for watching!
Wish I had time to prep to come. Love merus.
It's a pretty great place!
What kind of bumper is Justin have?
I love this place it's dusty but I'm used to dust I live a little over an hour away. But they have everything needed from stock vehicles to built rigs.
Yes! It's awesome!!
Great video Ken. I grew up in Amarillo, now live north of Houston. I’m really looking forward to taking my JL Rubicon to that park. Looks like a blast. Hope you were able to check out Palo Duro Canyon State park while your there.
It's a really really great off road park! I didn't get to see the state park, we were just passing through, quickly!
Y’all went to MERUS?????
We are did! 🤙
Hey Ken,
Have you taken your ride on the sand near the coast ? I'm interested to see how your ride handles the soft sand.
I have! I spent a couple days in Florence Oregon. It handled the sand extremely well. Impossible to get stuck. 👍
do you guys run 4hi the whole trails or use 2wd until needed
When I'm on a trail I use 4 lo all the time. If I'm traveling under 10mph, usually under 5mph, it's the best option.
That thing needs 37s or at least 35s. Still impressive seeing the 33s rolling around in there.
Juston will probably get 35's eventually. But he does pretty well on 33's!
Workin on it!
Post a video when you plan go next time. Would be cool to wheel with you.
Absolutely! It was a list minute decision to stop at Merus this time.
@@offroadhub.official we are actually a just 2 hours from Barnwell.
This looks like the perfect park for someone with 3 link SAS and 37s :) The only problem is I'm in the PNW and that is way in Texas haha
Juston lives in the Seattle area 😉
@@offroadhub.official I am always looking for new wheeling buddies! Even ones on the other side of the state. But regardless, that’s only 5 hours away from I am. I’m up for it if he is
@offroadclaes apologizes for being a trail plug😂🤣
texas is small though
wow you shouldbe embarassed. Not in 4 wheel drive? call yourself offroad hub?😂 callyourself off road shlubs😂
