- In this episode we continue the build 1995 Nissan GQ Patrol. We get the GU diffs ready with a complete strip down & rebuild, fitting them with Harrop e-lockers. We strip out the underneath of the GQ and hit it with some fresh Predator paint so it's all ready for the suspension fitment. All the work is done at S&P complete automotive in Port Macquarie

Nick is great, really knows his stuff and makes it interesting. Funny how youtube makes it seem like you turn over a rock and there's a mechanic who knows his stuff and can/does explain it in an engaging way. Maybe they're all like that!

Loved working on my cars 15 years ago, just wish I had a workshop that big and with a hoist. It's just too hard getting under the cars now. I love watching the rebuild though. You'll appreciate that car more.

What a totally disorganised and disruptive workshop you have chosen to rebuild your 4wd in. If I lived in your State I wouldn't go anywhere else other than S & P Automotive. They worked all day and into the night for you. What legends. How would you like to have your little mate with the Gotee beard with you on every trip you go on. Totally indispensable. You have built up some relationships that people only dream of.

It's a RING GEAR not a crown gear and don't let me hear you call the pinion gears, spider gears or planetary gears. For your mechanic, the pipe spanner is called a flare nut spanner.
Rebuilt it as a weapon?. So you're intending to use your vehicle as a weapon? You intend to cause harm to others?. Are you fkn crazy?.
