- Namaste, Tata Motors acquired a new plant last year, which Ford India built for their expansion in India but failed. Tata recently started production there, and Nexon is currently being assembled there. ICE and Electric Nexon were seen, along with a few more observations. Find out everything in the video.

There is something called quality control. Ye log ko bs gadi bana k bechna hai bs, ye nhi ki R&D kar k usko sudhare.
@@Diptentu problem hai cost ki, 5 star banane ke liye dusri companies se jyada resources and r&d pe karch hota hai. to inki priority pe kaam karte hai. panel gaps to ane hi hai vo is liye ki qc pe jyada paisa na lage aur car ki cost maintain ho paye. even tesla is known to have panel gaps and fit and finish issue. its all about priorities
They don't have money for R&D.

It’s commendable how an Indian company is becoming self reliant, improving each day and purchasing one of the best plants out there. They have their own engines and developing safe cars. As cars become more & more dependent on software, that is something which all companies are going to grapple with this decade. Eventually Tata will have advantage here also.
They have the worst engines in India. Complete lack of research and development.

Tata have two plants in sanand gujarat, and this one is new plant purchased from ford recently. So your Tiago produced from different Tata plant.

Currently Main Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle (Nano Plant) Sanand Me Work Karta Hu Yaha Par Car Ko Quality Me Nhi Banaya Jata Hai Unskilled Worker Se Company Bhara Hua Hai😢. Yah Plant Ford Plant Se Bas 3 Km Ki Duri Par Hai. Koi Bhi Person Ko Sahi Knowledge Nhi Hai.

they have to improve their QC. I have the 2020 facelift nexon and have already made good use of the extended warranty becuase i had to change the radiator fan, both front doors, steering column, AC cooling coil and all the four door latches during the last four years. Reliability and service are their biggest issues. i am not sure whether they care about customers

EV and ICE ke coil ki choro, Altroz mein Diesel version ke front brake discs petrol waale se bade hain. Kyunki Diesel ka wazan zaada hai, uski top speed bhi zaada hai. And Diesel ka suspension bhi petrol waale se heavy hai.
Mujhe lagta hai problem sabse pehle wale metal press/stamp area mein hai. Metal kat te hi galat hai to baad mein panels uneven ho jate honge.😅

My tata altroz xza purchased on August 2023, 9 months old, 10k KM driven.
Parts replaced since day 1:
1. Front viper blade and stalk
2. Fuel filler cap assembly
3. Infotainment screen base border plastic
4. Right B pillar trim
5. Rear parcel tray
6. Horn
7. Rear ac vent slider
8. Fuse box plastic panel
9. Weilding on C pillar roof joint internally.
10. Rubber insulation of rear right door.
Still getting rattle and squeaks from left B pillar and dashboard on concrete roads of pune.
Can this be assumed as a unfinished product and based on this put a case in consumer court for selling me an unfinished/defective product?
Oh.. i forgot. I need money to fight with any judiciary system in India. I am not that rich. I will get used to the issues and believe that i am a truck driver.
Within 2 years the horn got faulty in a service.
Next day went and water was removed from the horn.
Working.
Last service did saw air filter clean by air pressure.🤯
