Please DO NOT just copy these binds! You won't understand how to use them without a confirm button because this IS NOT just confirm edit on release! ALSO, not sure if another creator has tried these binds before because I figured them out on my own while experimenting. If some 200IQ creator already has made a vid on these, pls let me know! I think for your next video you should try x for ur research and y for ur confirm pls try this it is really good you only have to slide your thumb I figured this out by myself while experimenting for me it is like scroll wheel reset it is so quick if you master it and turn confirm edit on release on it is really effective

This is an absolute GAME CHANGER for me. It's so simple. Why didn't I think of this? I was using LS to edit, RB to reset and LT to confirm and was struggling with the timing. I had tried CEoR before, but the LT reset bind really makes it sing! Thanks Rodey!

Double edit binds are faster
Thank you! I was planing on switching to mouse and keyboard because I was stuck building but with this and a scuf controller I think I can definitely improve to a level of some keyboard and mouse editors.

I start the edit with my left paddle and confirm with B. Getting pretty good on these but I feel like I could master the timing easily on these binds, I'll make sure to tweet you my results. Thanks for these videos you helped me in many ways

GAME CHANGER for resets!!! I've been using confirm edit on release so this was super easy to get used to. Pressing RT & LT at the same time then releasing RT to reset is way faster than the double edit binds

Also confirm edit on release gives you higher input delay so it’s harder to do triple edits / fasts, double edit binds are faster if you can muscle memorise them

I would do this but for some reason using edit on release felt slower than just clicking confirm which I have on LT so I just gave up on using it

It’s probably because when you use confirm edit on release you keep holding the select button because your so used to waiting to confirm where you need to just let go as soon as you finish the edit
I mean bro I use edit on release and double edit binds its underrated af to use both it increased my speed so quickly
I use left stick so that I don’t have to move my finger down, it just works easier for me.
same i use left stick to edit r2 to select o to confirm r1 to reset no confirm edit on realase no paddles play on 2010 tcl tv and i only have some galaxy kontrol freeks

They need to get rid of pre edits this strat of builds out while doing edits would be a lot more useful.
XBN44 not sure man I play with paddles and use right paddle to confirm. Edit with left stick is a must imo I’ve always used left trigger as reset since day one
They also need a scope Sens, like on legacy..
XBN44, personally i think the basic/defaualt edits have a skill cap which means you can only go so far but if you change to custom edit bonds your skill might drop for a bit but your room to improve is enlarged
I loved this setting when I found out about it, it did take a while to get use to since I changed my edit to L3

I've been using confirm edit on releass for months with the same binds as you except I have confirm on r1 for reset and I can tell you it made my edits so much faster than when I used to confirm them. Like Cole said in the video, if you are looking to improve your edits I highly suggest trying confirm on releass out. As someone who has used it for months I can say that with confidence.
i tried it one day and i hated it because if i mess up my edit it automattically does it so imo if ur not that good at editing the right things this setting is not for u

I've been using these edit binds since season 7. But there's a problem. Sometimes if you are resetting with a gun in your hand it will automatically aim and not reset

I struggle the most with “thumbstick” that i miss the wall sometimes and it immediately close the edit... but overall i had the same settings as you are showing, unfortunately i didnt know about the “together” press of reset and edit. So basicaly i was like “window-reset-window-reset” and now i can do “window-window-reset”... so it helped me a lot, thank you

If on ps4 square for reset and triangle for confirm so quick and for xbox x reset y for confirm I am on claw and this is so quick you have to slide your finger from x to y or square to triangle and put confirm edit on release ON pls try so useful

Can't wait to try these editing binds. But will have to spend time practicing not just the editing but also building. For me being a chapter 1 season 2 player I've lacked practice and have a very poor building skill which leaves me mainly on the ground engaging in normal fps gun fights. I definitely have to up and improve my game to at least be better than where I am at now.

Not a fan of confirm on release. You can't hold an edit and look somewhere else. I see Mr Savage doing that a lot and it partly explains why his game sense is insane.

i’m confused what’s the point of using these bonds you can use confirm on release and have confirm on a bind it’s way easier than having to select something every time you try to reset an edit

Honestly peoples do what feels most comfortable for you. I've experimented on about every possible edit bind combination and the easiest to get used to/ best results are with having your left stick set to edit. You can have your confirm to y or x if you play claw or if you don't you can use the triggers/ bumpers for select and confirm. Really whatever works for you. Hope this helps

I think that making a reset with both triggers is super smart. My edit is down on right stick but I can’t decide what to reset. Now I do and I know how to try using it too.

Tip: use RT for reset bc the click of RT is faster than LT. For LT it presses down all the way, whereas RT is a small click.
