The water is only up to his ankles yet there's enough room for a giant squid so swim around..
I love how kong just went for water but when he noticed the squid just laying there he decided “how about some seafood”

The giant squid was actually hunting Chappman. Kong saved his ass.
The CGI in this movie is amazing. It looks so realistic and at 60 FPS so realistic even more. Gotta appreciate Legendary Pictures for putting so much work on this amazing movie I love the monsterverse. More so than that of the DCU and MCU.
