What do you make to keep ink flow nice from your nib? (I mean that placed on a holder) Because I know that for that kind of nib to work, you have to clean it from grease and I'm doing it, yet the flow isn't consistent but it changes from almost dry scratch to flowing down all at once and making a mini pool on my paper :/
I had a lot of the same problems. Cleaning the nips is important, and burning grease in the flame seems to be a good way. And I recently learned that what ink you use seems to be important. In the video, I used fountain pen ink, but I recommend a calligraphy ink. And I recommend sumi-ink. I'm practicing because I'm not good enough, so I'll let you know when I know more. Sorry for the late reply.
