Ah yes. The Spas, or spaz as I know it. Fun gun. Not quite as powerful and memorable as the olympia, but I like it. Definitely worth a try.
You forgot to mention that the SPAZ-24 in Zombies has a unique reload animation:
You only reload one shell into the gun and the entire 24 shell capacity is loaded.
Thumbs up if you think that the Dragon's breath should have been in multiplayer.

The blocks always lie....Black Ops 2 Skorpion for example apparently does the highest damage. But the MSMC and PDW actually do more

Nice review as usual Amish, its too hard to use this gun I prefer the awesomeness of MW2.
The Stoner review on 4/20?
@connorh4141 It's a lunar lander, when called to the position (one of three in the map) it can be riden to get out of tight situations in a pinch, but comes at a price as it lands in the spawn, which can have extremely heavy zombie activity. It costs 250 points per use and has a cooldown or "Refuling" stage.

I was always curious Amish, what kind of button layout do you use? You don't seem to drop shot from the clips I have seen so I assume the default button layout? Great vid as always.

A little disappointed no "Clever girl" wasn't used. :-/ But when you have a bit you wanna stick to, I understand. Only reason I mentioned it was because Muldoon uses a SPAS in the movie (Jurassic Park for those tuning in). Good review as always.
Buckshot actually penetrates A LOT (also that's what she said) it can go through walls and sheet metal, even concrete
I really enjoyed Shoot to Thrill and The One, some very awesome songs. Keep it up, and there has to be a pineapple express reference in the stoner review

STONER! My second favorite weapon. God that thing has such a high fire rate.
You forgot to mention that when pack a punched, all 24 shells are reloaded in one shell. I don't know if you wanted it to be seen on screen, but some people don't pay attention.

Nice vid. Almost felt like you were lacking enthusiasm though? I hope you try out a wide variety of setups with the Stoner too. I've always felt that gun was extremely versatile.
@TryyyyHardddd THANK YOU! I gave your comment a thumbs up. The amount of noobs who just spray with the gun is unbelievable. And then they suppress it with no less damage. The only thing that I find as annoying as this are people who dual wield the HS10. Shotguns are overpowered at close range and crap at long range; but that's OK, because people who use these two guns are likely to camp.

@Joey Rose Dude the spas is an Italian gun. There is no Russian version, the stock is just folded up

I have been stomped by this gun so much but I don't mind it, I LOVE that shotgun!
This was the best shotgun in the game. It was rare you were gonna get a one shot but you were likely gonna get a quick two shot with plenty of ammo and a stealth bonus

that would be awesome but imagine how op it would be, it would set people on fire and slowly damage then for about 1-2 seconds unless if they have the one perk that protects from explosives so yea...

@BrothersGroove When did you last try the PSG1? The issue you're talking about has been fixed in a patch update. It was a problem exclusive to the PSG1 only.
The PSG1 used to have higher damage multipliers with no attachments, but now it has the same high multipliers no matter what attachment you have.
If it was an option, though, flak jacket pro would actually serve a purpose.
I think thats the funniest thing about Shooters: Shotguns are ineffective and can't kill at range... and in real life the cool thing is that they always hit SOMETHING because of the spread, and although it may not kill you, you feel different about shotguns when you have a piece of lead from the pellets in your leg :D

It was planned , but it was later scrapped because it was a bit overpowered, due the range.

I don't use suppressor just because so many people use it and Ghost already. I just don't want to make the game's pace any slower than it is.
I love the Spas-12 I get a chopper gunner everytime I use it.
The problem with the spas is that it is not a fully auto weapon that has 925rpm or an smg that can achieve 1000rpm with 40-20 damage;

this was actually my favourite zombies gun for a long time in terms of fun. then i upgraded the cz-75's xD but still it is my second most favourite zombie weapon xD

@eribraz Good point, I forgot about that.
not necessarily they could have weekend the damage output pellet per pellet and instead gave it the watered down effects of a flamethrower too maybe 5 points per second while on fire. In real life the pellets are crap yet the fire effect will scare and burn your target

@connorh4141 PART 2 They also have a few other uses, one of them being the mechanism for opening the pack-a-punch, use all three landers and you will fule up the rocket (makes no sense right) and after launching it will grant you access to the pack-a-punch room. The other use is for the Easter egg which is long and tiresome, annoying overall but meh.

I'm aware keeping damage and range the same with the semi auto function would be over powered. I think they shoulda left one or the other in addition of the semi auto. And if they left neither at least beef it up a little. I know there is a limit of realism needed. But having being a person who has shot guns my whole life I know the power of a 12 gauge. And even in MW2 the Spas couldn't compete with a low recoiling assault rifle at farther range "ACR" on small maps yeah, definitely overkill.

Those are just issues I have. If you like the balance, more power to you :) But I like some realism in video games. And realistically a Shotgun is absolutely devastating within its range especially at short range. And the 12 in Spas-12 does stand for 12 gauge. And that's a flesh tearing round anywhere within it effective range. But like I said, that's just me. If you're happy with the balance, I respect that, brother

I see what you're saying and I agree. I just hate when they take a gun from previous game and simple change the fire mode and make it way worse. Sure going from pump to semi increases fire rate. But it wouldn't decrease the over-all damage. But there does need to be a balance so it won't be super over powered. So wouldn't it possibly be better if they perhaps cut range and keep the power? I mean Just going from Pump to Semi isn't gonna do that. But for game fairness Cut one of them. not both.

For second perk, Amish, What's your oppinion on scout? I use scout pro with my shotgun at times. Just pick up a weapon off the ground and then you have a shotgun secondary.

@TryyyyHardddd The Olympiais isn't actually that overpowered as it's only a double-barreled gun so I'm okay there. I guess Search and Destroy isn't too bad either - it's just non-objective games like TDM where people camp with shotguns I hate. Personally, all of my classes are assault rifles, SMGs and one sniper class for quickscoping. :)
I like the spas in general. But it pisses me off when someone uses it repeatedly with the suppressor
I agree that at least SOME realism is a good thing. However, being too realistic can result in massively OP weapons. If the SPAS-12 kept the damage and range it had in MW2 and was semi-auto, then there'd be NO reason to use SMGs or any of the other shotguns. That's really OP. Frankly, the larger hip-fire area and lower damage balance out with the fire rate, so the gun is pretty well balanced. There is, however, something more badass about the high damage pump-action version tho :P
Also, the spaz-24 is fully automatic.
I meant the way they played in general, but they pulled out so slow i thought they were balanced

This weapon shouldn't have a suppressor attachment, I mean, that isn't really possible to have on a shotgun unless it's a slug, even then...
@TheCaptainGaming how fast the sights recover from recoil, if a gun had really bad recoil but very high center speed, it wouldn't be half bad!

I still think the Stakeout is so much better but a silenced Shotgun I would go to the SPAS-12 antday :)

The spas 12 can be pump action and semi-automatic black ops just made it auto
I am doing an assault-less prestige, as in i'm bored, and going through an entire prestige without using an assault rifle.

you forgot to say that in zombies you reload all 24 bullets with 1 bullet reload animation
They would have to nerf the attachment like crazy, then.
i know this sounds weird but when i use the spas 12 online i sometimes get 5 hitmarkers before i get a kill at range
he forgot Ninja as a perk in the green because paired with Supperor (bad spelling) and Ghostyou become a stealth machine

continued shotgun rant :/- The grip should make the hip fire box smaller and the shotguns that are semi or full auto should be able to be sprayed what i mean by this is they need to have high fire caps like the mk14 because i hate the striker because i can't pull the trigger as fast as i want or ill jam it and it will fire slower then i want it to. Last part of this rant if shotguns will have the limited range make the silencer/suppressor not affect range :)
