Drinking coffee and watching you guys talk coins. Nice. It is a bright spot in this grey world we live in today.
Makes you feel like you’re sitting in on the conversation 😊
You are doing great. Neal
I agree
My niece class was being taught about currency and I brought in my silver collection. I explained how much a silver dime is really worth
Coin guy is a national treasure! His wisdom and love of learning are very much appreciated.
coin guy need to think about retirement, sell the place and go on a long vacation, he is not young anymore, enjoyed it while he is 6ft above ground if i were him.
interesting fella
Between the ring and the new bling... I believe Coin Guy is turning into Kid Rock
Turning into? He's been Kid Rock all along!
Hopefully he stays away from the white gold that kid rock couldn’t resist 😂
My name is …..
Profits will get you bling.
Haha
I love that coin guy gets to Educate children. If coin guy came to my school when I was a kid I would have a fat stack right now!! 👍 thanks gentlemen 👍 Always a pleasure listening to you guys👍
Thanks for watching, Mark! They really should incorporate this into general education. Kids are taught some really useless topics and they’re missing out on so much!
@@mrsspegtacular6484 that’s the Truth
Agreed!!! Great Job!
$ 100.00 dollar a Oz #Silver should be a piece of cake
First off, they are not called canoe dollars they are called voyager dollars. T his is how Canada was carved out. The canoe does no justice on the coin. In real life these canoes were 40 feet long, carrying beaver pelts from the north west. The 2 men in the canoe, one French, the other a native guide because they knew all the lakes and river systems which were the highways of the day, and the large canoes were the 18 wheelers of the day. The wind swept pine tree and rocky island represents the windswept north, and the virtical lines represent the northern lights, this is why to me as a Canadian, is the best by far silver dollar ever minted in Canada and the United states, I hope this sheds light on our beloved silver dollar and history. Love your show and coin guy.
I call them canoe dollars because there’s a canoe on them.. therefor they ARE called canoe dollars because I called them that :)
I like those, but would like to get the one with a Mounty in the back.
Not to be too pedantic, but I believe they're officially known as _"Voyageur Dollars"_ in the Francophone manner. Until '68 they were 80% silver. Even though I grew up and began collecting "south of the border" in Boston, I always had a fondness for those Canadian silver dollars and other coinage that we'd often get in circulation. In fact, I've still got several Victorian large Canadian cents I bought as a kid in the '60s, when I was basically seeking "the older the better" for the least amount of money. I seem to recall the big cents came from one of those mixed trays for like 15 or 25 cents a pop. I get the impression from current-day offers I've seen for them asking north of $5 each, that I might have done pretty well with paying no more than a quarter each for mine. Then again, a quarter in the sixties would buy a fellow a Coke and three Hershey bars the size of surfboards.
Great show, I am coming to see you this weekend!
Another epic Coin Guy installment! Hearing that he's back teaching the kids makes me happy. You guys covered so much ground it's just awesome. Thank you!
Imagine doing the inventory in the shop!
Those uncirculated Carson city coins make me drool.😍
Just watching the coin guy made me realize he wants to be a teacher to pass his knowledge down to the young. I love it
We're all Students Learning Coins Values. Dumped my Canadians Down to last 20 Maple not Proofs. Value??
I actually watched the whole video! I love the interaction between you two guys! It’s not even scripted and yet so entertaining to listen to you guys! And Coin Guy is a renaissance of Mr. Rogers who you would love to have as your next door neighbor! I love you guys! Cheers and I wish you a wonderful merry Christmas 🎁🎄🥂❤️💯
They have great chemistry! Merry Christmas! 🎄
God bless Coin Guy, and God bless you Speg for bringing him to us.
God bless!
Coin Guy, don’t dismay over only three kids out of a class coming in to visit your shop. You are making a HUGE difference. If you get their attention they will remember your teaching. That is the real purpose!!
Coin Guy is the best. Glad to see him again, hope to see him often
I love how coin guy changed the subject when he talked about giving away silver haha
I’m with Guy, my favorite gold is the St Gaudins $10
Coin Guy needs a white suit with bling like that. Miami Vice style.
Great vid with Coin Guy.👍🏼 Yes, here in CA we have a crazy guy that’s called governor.😳Taking about minimum wage kinda hit a nerve. When I was 19 yr old kid working full time out of high school I had a 40hr a week job that paid $2.12.5 an hour! (Min wage was $2.00 an hr) This company was so CS they actually went to a half a cent on the hourly rate. How do you live on that? You don’t! Sad days we don’t want to return to, but $22 min a hr for unskilled work is out of control.
Food storage: buy a package of toilet paper, or an extra can or box of your favorite food every time you go to the store. Before long you've got a nice cushion of supplies for your family. Encourage neighbors and friends to do the same. Don't go crazy and buy tons at once, just a little each time.
The coin guy is a great presenter. These videos are golden. Congrats guys!
Thanks for your support!
We waste they say 40% of the food we buy so most likely this will make us more efficient and pray we have enough for everyone.Everyone .tough times are here and getting harder
Love the Coin Guy, on your channel as a coin collector my self his knowledge and personality is top notch. Your interviews are great and you can not put him on your channel enough for me it's always about an hour of great inertainment and wisdom. Would love to see it done weekly if you and him have the free time. 👍
My bucket list items are small. Nothing outrageous.
- Meet and shake hands of the REAL COIN GUY and the 1 and only Spectacular. Autographs and all. Just to tell both of them how much I appreciate the great information shared in each video. We should always be learning and enjoying this hobby. Can't give enough thanks. I'm in the Ocala area and 1 day hopefully soon this will happen.
Thanks guys.
You’re not far away at all! I think you can get that one crossed off your list 😊
Sooo nobody is gonna talk about that golden mac-10! Coin guy is a complete gangster 😎 love it!!
Mac Millie for the OG.
I like the idea of giving the kids a silver dime and tracking the value
When I was a kid I always thought Mercury dimes were so mystical
Those Carson City silver dollars were first offered to the public back in the early 1970s. They cost between 15 and 30 dollars each, depending . Now they are 400.00 dollars and up. Each.
Hey Frank, I did a full video on the history of the GSA silver dollars and included actual pamphlets! Check it out.
Coin Guy looks like Archie Bunker 😆. Very smart dude.
Very happy someone takes the time to teach our young citizens the facts about money and currency.
Great seeing Guy and God bless us all 🙂
$3000 diamond tester for lab created vs natural is probably the Sherlock machine. Guess they use x-ray or something to identify the internal carbon molecules
When I see Guy, I always pre like the video.
You know it’s gonna be good!
Another Quote, Better to be Judged by 12 than carried by 6. Good show.....
One more note, these voyargers lived on pea soup mixed with lard, and flower mixed with water turned into a paste, placed on a stick, and held over the fire which became like a hard bread called bannock. Then in bad weather, the only shelter from the harsh weather was turning the canoe upside down and crawling under it. Finally, these men retired by6 age 40 due to the harshnes of the job, this is a huge part of how we became a nation.
They would also bury venison or other meat, packed in bear grease to protect it. Then do it up for a meal on the way back along the trail.
That necklace is hilarious Guy
The difference between worn circulated coins and uncirculated coins is truly displayed with the dime stacks. Truly amazing! Thank you for the education.
27 days and counting…….Key West is having the New Year’s Eve conch shell drop at Sloppy Joe’s and Schooner’s Wharf pirate wench drop. Also, Bourbon St. Pub is also having a shoe drop celebration all on December 31st. Who is going ?
LOVE the Gold UZI necklace!!!
This guy is so cute. My gosh what a sweet gentleman
Liked and subscribed!!! Thanks for the awesome video
Thanks for your support!
Experience, Integrity, and a willingness to introduce younger generations to a hobby that isn’t drag 👏🏻👏🏻 hats of to him and you both

Pretty sure I know who had all the libertad's. I have bought some from him.
Wow man I have to give Guy a call brother. My wife is Filipina. I would love to get a few collectable silver coins for her and her family❤️ !!!
You should!
I am pretty sure Coin Guy's business information is listed in the the credits!
Can’t wait to start my Friday off with Speg and Guy!
Thanks for joining in on the fun :)
Cold, snow covered, northern Michigan morning. Sitting home with the dogs on my day off. Having some coffee and donuts with the coin guy ☕🍩
Send some snow to Floridaaaaaaa 😩
Priceless!
Yep, Australia here, totally agree, regarding changing the time, just leave it alone.
The Coin Guy is original gangster, representing the east coast. Would be nice to see him spit some lyrics.
Thank you gentlemen for the video.
Thank you for watching!
Coin guy I'm so happy you explain all these things about inflation and work ethics to the kids,it is so important for them to hear and think about these things. My Mom told me about inflation with stories about coffee prices going up because of heavy raiñ. She said watch the priçe it will never go down again. Love these videos.
Love the Guy videos! He looks great in this one, healthy, spunky and giving out tons of good knowledge. Really, really hope I get the opportunity to visit the shop in person next summer (and spend some money), thank you Speg and thank you Guy!
Fingers cross you can make it happen!
Damn, I've been stacking on your videos, bro. I'm glad I realized in time for Guy. He's honestly my favorite.
Always love the CoinGuy, its like Christmas come early. Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching!
@@mrsspegtacular6484 😀👍
I'm here for Coin Guy!
Great video. (As a world coin collector, I wish you would slowly close up scan his foreign coins on display.)
The counterfeit coins. Funny how FB has ads for silver plated iron. If you don't know their worthless you get taken. FB doesn't care. $$$. Love your videos. The chatting.❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for watching!
Hielmans mayo west of the Rockies is called Best foods. A 30oz jar is $6.49 in Astoria Oregon
Yup $6 in Seattle. No more $2
I loved going to rubenstein in bay shore. It started with my grandfather and at that shop. Much love from New York City
Super happy to see you show a few Canadian coins. Believe me if I was in the neighborhood I'd be stopping by for sure!! But as it sits, the exchange rate and shipping just don't make it worth it.
Cheerz!!
One of the best PM videos and coin guys. if your over 50 have your Dr check your PSA every year. Could save your life
Blessings to you all and Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you as well!
You made up for it spectagular !!
Another great episode with the Coin Guy!
😀👍
You are a hidden gem in our country. I have some silver and gold but not crazy. I took one million of of stock market and put it in CD'S. Have 88k in pentions and SS every year. Own 400 k house, paid off everything, I give to charity which we love. I'm thinking of getting into more of silver position. What percentage should I increase? You are great to listen speak, both of you. Thank you Sir. Neal Lee Apollo Beach Florida.
You just described my mom, minus the gold bars, 79 yrs recently widowed, 1,200 month. she's been having heart issues so I've been staying with her. Times are very hard thats why I dug my coins out. And how it led me to you. Shes doing better, plus I've found the Coin Guy. So today wasnt a total loss. Mr. Guy you have a new fan
Average European soldier in World War I was 5'5". The average US GI in World War I was 5'7". Fun little fact.
I love Coin Guy. Definitely gonna place an order with him in the future
He's right about people weighing junk when the price goes much higher. Buy uncirculated junk if you can.
If Coin Guy keeps going the way he is, he might have thug life tattoo by the end of the year 😂
Love the uzi chain
He's gotta rep NYC! Thug life lol!
Gold Thug Life Bracelet....Lmao
That's a MAC-10
26 mm Rolex women's watch. I bought my wife a two tone datejust with oyster band. I paid 2100 cash in 1993. It's now worth 6 grand. Big watches are a huge fad. Rolex been selling 36 mm for 70 years. It's perfect size. Great information. Semper Fi Sir. Neal
Great Video I feel the same way about antique coins like the high mint state Lincoln Penny from 1963 D. Tragic year in Dallas Texas on November 22nd 1963.
Excellent report thank you guys for sharing your knowledge and expertise! Make America great against stack silver and gold it's real money!
Thanks for watching!
I just bought the last 90% US Silver coins my local dealer had ($77 face of Dimes, Quarters, Halves) and yesterday I just missed getting the last several hundred
90% Halves another local dealer I buy from by an hour. I only have 1,450 ozs. of Silver (mostly 90%) and I wanted to boost that to an even 2,000 ozs. this week,
as I expect Spot to start really climbing after 1/24. I guess I'll have to buy more Silver Maples, because I can't find any more 90% locally, and all of the online
dealers want ridiculous prices for theirs.
Someone get this guy a real holster 😊
love to come down to sunny Florida for the winter and pay you a visit, buy some awsome product !
I like listening to you guys talk 💪🏽
I love coin guy videos keep ‘em coming I watch two or three times !! God bless y’all from Tennessee!!!😊
By George that’s it Rod Steiger would play coin guy in the movie lol much love and Christmas wishes from your friends in Australia 😇🙏🎶©️👍
Native American's have been living in New Mexico pueblos for longer than St. Augustine, FL ... But you were probably speaking in terms of external explorers settling. Good video. Hoping for $80 silver.
Spectacular, I really enjoy you interviewing coin guy. Dynamic duo. NYC
Kids playing with a few ounces of silver. It'll never break $30. Pretty designs.
Those GSAs are 🔥. Carson City's in general keep gaining momentum in the numismatic world.
Great interview! Keep spreading the wisdom.
Thanks for watching!
Have you guys seen the price of strawberries?! I paid almost 10 bucks. I told my kids that’s the last time we are buying fresh strawberries for awhile lol
It’s insane!
5 years ago $.99 to $1.99 all the time. Just crazy
LOVE THE COIN GUY!!!!!!! Always informative and common-sense realistic, spot on about the economy and political manipulations, and very fair in pricing. uld love to purchase some coins from him, but am in the reduced social security sector that he mentioned. Love to see the coins for sale i hism
All my "junk" silver is AU/UNC. The rest was all converted to gold at a GSR of 71.8.
Inflation is just the higher cost for goods and services…this started with buydin hammering the energy companies in the US…cost to make and deliver product rose accordingly.
Need to make a video on the most valuablest coins maybe he has some in his shop He can show off showing what people should buy what to look out for
Talkin coins and Preppin, love it!! just subscribed. Thanks for the great content!
26:45 My local coin shops here in Australia have very little gold on sale. No one is selling, and they're buying anything they can. Even the expensive stuff like Sovereigns that attract GST are sold out.
I would be interested to know how many people come in to Coin Guy to sell stuff. The two coin shops in my city have very poor turn over of stock. One store has the same stuff for six months. Disappointing.
Man I love watching this siover price jump I have a ton of silver...I barely find gold but have a little also loving the value grow sadly most my coins were sold recently before the price jumps to cover bills expenses
The gas CC Morgan dollar I've always wanted in my collection from the GSA high quality and good mint
Napoleon wasn't short for his time. I believe he 5'7". Short for today's time.
Love Coin Guys Chain and Pendent!
I recently watched a video about the Battle of Waterloo. During the recent archaeological work at Waterloo, they have only found 2 bodies. They said that after the battle the dead were buried in mass graves. In the years following the battle, people dug up the bodies and ground up the skeletons and sold the bone meal for fertilizer.
Sounds like quite the video!
51 Canadian dimes gives you 3ozt where 51 worn Barber dimes gives you 4ozt
Kind of ironic to see the coin Mac wearing a gold Mac 10. Save some ladies for the rest of us, sheesh, guy is balling out of control 😒🤣
It's good that here is a link to the website of his store 👍🙂
You two seem like some very wise men and I know I've already said it but thank you again fellas for the knowledge and entertainment
@@susanventre3526 thank you kindly for the response Mrs. Coin guy. Have a wonderful day and tell guy the same
