Life will always give you things to do and time for being adventurous, but we rarely ever have the time to slow down and just be boring. Enjoy your slow days you are just doing what you need to do to get your life together, especially when you are on the road and not in your space or place. Take care and rest up. When are you planning to move back Canada?

Hi Rachel, I have a question about the budget tracker. Do you track your spending in the expenses tracker as you spend, or how often do you update the tracker? Do you use your bank statement to reference where you have spent money, or keep a sperate log? I find it a bit stressful to constantly update the expense tracker, but that is the only way to be aware of how much I'm spending and keep to the budget I have set... Thanks for any advice :)
I tend to do it every 1-2 weeks, some times it gets away from me and I just do it at the end of the month. I just sit down and go through my bank app on my phone. Totally feel you on the having to continually keep updating it. There are automatic accounting apps you can pay a monthly subscription for and connect your account feed so its automatic. That might be something that you could find helpful. I found when I first started tracking I hate it. I hated seeing where my money was going, it was scary but now I actually enjoy it. I don't feel guilty anymore cause I know Im trying to be better with my purchases

I don't want to be a downer, but while you were walking on that path with the trees--it did look very beautiful--but I got a little nervous for you. The U.S. is not a safe place, especially when compared to Australia and Canada. Just be careful while walking alone in secluded areas. We have beautiful trails and greenways where I live in Knoxville, but unfortunately I don't feel safe on them alone as a woman. I totally identify with your independent, adventurous spirit and it's one of the reasons I love watching your videos. I don't want to dampen that for you--just want you to be aware.
