China should know there's a difference between getting into Cellphone market and Automobile market. They might be great in the Cellphone segment, but they surely got beating in Automobiles, expecially 2W vehicles in African continent, no doubt they are dirt cheap in pricing, but they are dirt cheap in build quality, after-sales service and spare parts availability. And thats the reason Indian brands have flourished in this segment.
How bout dump all the bells and whistles like tire monitor system and led headlight that will burn out in first year and give us simple reliable serviceable motorcycle with parts made to last a lifetime ?
Quite value for money.. the last time I saw tubeless tires with spoke wheels was on Kawasaki W800 which costs ten lacs.. Shame on RE for not equipping Interceptor 650 with a wheel like that because spoke wheels suit it to the T and new editions with alloys are not that good looking..
