@@yaboidustin2447 Most of em died of oil leaks. That fuel injection is a nightmare. It has to be removed to change the valve cover gasket which most ppl could not afford back then. Dealers wanted $1,200 just to replace a valve cover gasket. I worked with a few guys that had those trucks. In fact one of those guys had sold an 89 to kid way back in 1995 or so. He just found the truck behind a now abandoned gas station in what used to be their impound yard. The kid he sold it too never turned the title over we found out its still in my buddies name. He is now in the process of tearing the thing down for a total rebuild like the one I making videos on Holley Anne a 1988 Brick nose. I did the Offenhauser conversion on a new motor. I would be making a video today but a pet passed away yesterday time bury our lead boss shop cat.... She was 17 years old. Passed in her sleep in her bed last evening she made it made it to dinner.

My 89 has a loose steering wheel which I think is pretty common for those old Ford’s do you know how to fix it?

What I use to do to my honda when the steering wheel was messed up take off the air bag and theres the screw you can take it off out your wheels and everything straight and tighten it back. Never had an issue

What do you mean by loose? Handles poorly and wanders on the road or the wheel feels like it will come off in your hands?
