@@dailydrivenH2 thanks for responding, my panel went on the fritz, not switching flow, random heat & cold, temps not workin right (like urs), then finally never came back on. Lol
@@dailydrivenH2 after 1200 bucks worth of "AC Professionl" repairs/song and dance and STILL no fix, I gave up , till now, we'll see soon😉
If anyone, needs the outside mirrors on both sides for the 2003-2007 Hummer H2, I have the OEM units intact, I had to go with their replacements because of a clearance issue. THEY'RE UNDAMAGED and the wiring is attached, more respectfully the glass is too. I also have the third row seat and one gasoline hub well, I had to buy an extra to understand how the body flange was so I could attach a aftermarket Hummer Gasoline security door.

Great video! My husband just ordered a new module. I hope this solves our problem. I LOVE my 2008 H2, best car I have ever had. My dear husband installed a train horn and hooked something up wrong and it blew the wiring harness for the radio which, come to find out, controls a LOT of things in my car that runs through that harness, like windows, seats, mirrors, etc. We were having prior issues with the after-market radio, but the train horn debacle pushed it over the edge. So now we are waiting for a new wiring harness for the radio, but everything works with it disconnected except the climate control. It will turn on, light up and blow but none of the buttons respond, not even to turn it off. We are assuming that the control module blew with the radio wiring harness. So, have you ever installed a train horn in your h2 hummer or anyone else reading this? Would love your advice on this. Thank you!!!
For a short time when i was living in texas I had a real train horn custom installed because it needed a real compressor to make it work properly since the horn was taken from an actual train so i had a custom shop make sure they build the wiring and it worked really well but to avoid trouble with the 👮♀️ I took it off and sell it .

Hi, thanks for the video! Was your AC blowing cold air before the install? My AC isn't working, and I watched another video stating that this console changed the AC too. Help!
Yes it was blowing cold are you trying to fix yours ?? Whats the issue???
@@dailydrivenH2 yes, I’m trying to get cold air, it’s been blowing semi-cool warm air. I tried to recharge but it doesn’t seem to need Freon. It just slowly stopped working.
Sounds like you’re leaking freon slowly. Try going to a shop they can help you find exactly where the leak is

❤My 2003 H2 doesn't have heat or AC blowing by any speed, but I do have them both at a low speed, regardless of the fan speed selection. I don't think its the head or the fan or the door, I think it's a fuse and possibly a circuit breaker, but not the fan relay in front of the fan, anyone have that issue ❤
Yes, I am dealing with that issue as of now... check your orifice tube and of course, the head unit. I am replacing my head unit soon and will see how it works...
I realize this is an old video but my panel keeps going out. I've replaced it 3x already with a new one. Are there a lot of defective units or is an electrical issue killing them off
I think checking out alll the connections with a meter may be worth a shot
Have you installed an aftermarket remote start unit or anything like that that draws power from the drive side fuse panel? If so, get it checked as it can mess with voltage and cause lots of issues with your HVAC control unit and also central locking/unlocking...

Have you check all your coolant hoses for any leaks?
My fuse keeps blowing. The dealership traced the wire harness and everything is fine. They said it could be the control module. I purchased the exact one you have. I’m hoping this fixes the problem

What issue were you having West Coast?
I originally was having the knob problem but one day after my truck died. I passed cables to the truck and when I came back on, The A/C module would not turn on at all, the truck wouldn’t blow air either.
Don’t know if just swapping the module will fix this.
I had 2 people that I know with a similar issue one of them solved after swapping the module.
Where did u order yours from?
I just got my h2 a week ago, but it won't go to 4low? Would go to 4high lock but the light would only blink on 4low when I press on it
make sure you have the trans in neutral
My 2003 H2 blows cold 1 side and hot air other side what can cause this?
Need to replace one of the actuators
Check and reset the actuator motors (one under the dash, one under driver side and one under the passenger side). If the gears are not broken, no need to replace the actuator motors, just resetting them with 9V battery will work.
How's the climate control holding up?? By the way any problems with the sunroof?
I sold the truck a year ago but that climate control unit was working fine and no sunroof issues in the 10 plus years I had it thankfully.
@@dailydrivenH2 thank you for your response and the video. My 03 H2 is blowing hot on one side and semi cold on the other with all the components new the only thing I haven't changed is the climate control unit. Any idea where I could take it to an Orange County California?
@@MAZDAKPRODUCTION Your blend door actuator motor is stuck. If you are comfortable taking out and putting back 10-12 screws/nuts, you can do it in a couple of hours at home. Take it to a shop and they may charge you $600-$800 per actuator (there are 3 of them).
