I’ve run this team for a while now, except I used Deoxys Defense because I don’t have a good Medicham yet, and used it as the lead instead of Lanturn. This team is seriously insane, and with Clodsire being released it just got even better

I m a big fan of „wrong“ fastmove on meta Pokemon, cause you catch so many of guard. Right now i play a. slash with powder snow. sure nothing new but works cause the w/l match ups shifts

I am using almost the same team (Mandibuzz, Medicham and Lanturn). I went from rank 1 to ace without much trouble :)

If you delete your battle parties for great league, when entering gbl, it wil give you a recommended party. Try using that team and see how it performs! I actually dont play with my teams, i just randomize everything and i managed to hit expert once!
Pretty cool but would rather see teams that destroy the medi meta... would much rather see Clodsire teams that work

I’m so discouraged. I was excited to hit Expert for the first time a few days ago! Since then, I’ve been getting negative leads almost every time and I’ve dropped from 2780 -> 2400 in 3 days. Makes me want to quit for the rest of the season.

I was seeing lot of Clodsire so I tried a team with shadow Gligar on the lead, WG Lanturn and Jellicent in the back I did pretty well with it went from 2300 to around 2650 Elo had lot of fun playing it.😅❤️

@@54jannik TBH I played against so many similar teams I don't really remember you & whenever after a new Pokemon or CD I try to build a team that can counter it and it has always helped me to climb up.
Please guys tell me - is it worth to invest nearly 450k of stardust to do rank 1 Medicham?
I did for my rank 6, no regrets. It performed well at 1400 CP while I got the last XL candy as well. The real question is do you need the stardust elsewhere?

You see, I don’t understand how you get such good match ups. One Jellicent on the lead and it’s all over and guess what the overwhelming majority of leads I fought today were. Jellicent. Water gun Lanturn doesn’t make it to enough thunderbolts and Jellicent makes way too many shadow balls. It’s impossible to get serperior aligned to the jellyfish and it also just walls Medichams energy
Stay in with Lanturn and sack it against the jelli. Come in and load up with serperior is how I would play that lead. Seeing as jelli is the anti fighter, odds are they don’t have flyers in the back which will free up medicham.
Clodsire can still beat all of this 3 tho 😂

My point is these 3 are not hardcounters to clodsire lantern week to Eq, serperior week to sludgebomb and clodsire does well against fighters, maybe medi can beat it with its charged moves

I don't tend to insult but when i see teams like bulk x3, with picks like Med, imho it's just pure cancer. So much pokemons in this game, everyone rocks with Medi, Mandi or Clodsire...
