    謝謝 Jojo.醫療服務到府對很多臥病在床的老人十分友善,對家人也是一大福音..🎉

      是滴,他们现在已经有不少成功案例了。都是到府服务比去医院要便宜,对卧床病人也更安全更友好☺️

Generally speaking, even a specialist can provide home visit, he can't do much especially for elderly people who has complicated illnesses. Moreover, he may ended up with medical ethics or medico-legal problems. Therefore, I will only provide home visit for my old patient. Even though I don''t charge much, I still prefer people come to my clinic because I can do a complete assessment and treatment for my patient 😊

CkAPS approved? He is just a middleman ; why not just call up the medical centre or the physician himself !?! It’s a grey area in Malaysia ..

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I totally get where you're coming from about the challenges and potential legal issues with home visits for elderly patients with complex conditions. At Blue Swan Home Care, we make sure our geriatrician-led team works closely with specialists to provide thorough and ethical care, whether it's at home or in a clinic.
We know in-clinic assessments are super important, but we also see how vital home care can be for many elderly folks who have trouble getting to clinics regularly. Our aim is to support existing healthcare services and make the transition from hospital to home as smooth as possible.
Regarding regulations, you're right-there's little to no regulation for home care services here because these services don't really exist yet. But don't worry, we get advice from a legal team with years of experience handling medico-legal issues every step of the journey. I'm also implementing practices from my experience in Australia, where home care is highly regulated. We're more than willing to work with the government to establish stricter guidelines, especially for caregivers, since there's currently no standard in Malaysia.
We appreciate your dedication to your patients and are working hard to create a system where both home and clinic care can work together effectively for everyone's benefit. It's crucial that we collaborate to help patients in need. Together, we can make a real difference.

Sounds like doesn't really cheap, although no hospital admission and ambulances, it's still like a replacement or probably more expensive. I think it's not government run. Should be private.

@@Talk3Talk4Only for sure there are market needs, coz also got a lot of patients that have mobility issue, this does solve the problem, just come with a price, which it doesn't come cheap. But i don't see it as unsustainable la, coz it's still a demand, just probably target market could be rich people for premium service, and not for normal people like us
