@@despinafot Hi, you can see the letters in 2 forms: Print and Handwriting. That doesn't mean that I can't with the print form, but it is less common. Children do that when they start learning writing.
Unlike in English where you may see a mix of letters as in Mother (starts with a capital, the rest is handwriting ), in Hebrew, we do not mix the forms.

Usually, children do that when they first learn how to write. If you are a beginner, it is absolutely OK. Technically, you can continue using print letters further on. But - It is common to use the hand-written version when writing, and print when typing (computer keyboard, newspaper, etc.).

I’ve searched and searched and just cannot find a source that will generate my name ( עֲטָרָה ) into a correct cursive format. Hi Atarah, thank you for asking. I don't know any Hebrew cursive writing generator for that matter. It is also not common to write vertically in cursive Hebrew, though it is possible. You can try ms-word or office libre. Those text editors usually provide a variety of Hebrew fonts, including cursive. Let me know how it works for you.
