Hi YB, anybody at MESTECC or YB's team. In light of "Rule of Law", 1) Why there is a foreigner from a terrorist country has become a Research Director in a biotechnology research institute under your ministry and he is still hired? Do you plan to stop his contract after his contract finish? This is giving very bad image, as if we do not have qualified local talent for the job. Why do we have a foreigner from terrorist country dealing with our national government policies on biotechnology? 2) His boss is an expired secondment officer from UPM. Why she is still hired after 8 years at the institute? This is illegal because polisi pinjaman kakitangan only allow up to 5 years of secondment. Why does your ministry has to take up the burden of hiring ineffective officer when UPM doesn't want her anymore? Please, please do something about this.
