He was interviewed and polygraph by FBI in 2017. They have known who he is since 2017. The odd time of day of the ISP release is curious
What's also odd is why they served the search warrant in 2017...pretty much got a confession out of him for catfishing underage girls, but they didn't arrest him until 2020.....and presumably knowing he was a suspected double murderer. His social media shows him traveling all over the country touring with bands. Who knows what he could have done while out there like that.

I think ISP didnt know about him but just realized the one who liked her photos is him so thats why they might think the suspect might be related

The biggest oddity to me is why nobody has bothered to read and highlight the 136 page memorandum it holds All the answers and suspects and evidence to see fudge gull of this case and others impassioned for the murder of abby and libby.

Most crimes are not "solved" by the police. It is generally the public providing info, that points the police in the right direction. Has they released photos showing the crime scene of what was done it is a lot less likely that someone like Ron Logan could get a trusted friend to provide a false alibi.

the guy has influence and a prominent figure. money talks. double life least likely suspect ,only one was his target. I’m confused!! We have 2 different sketches, investigators are looking for a person behind a catfish that appears to have been identified back in 2017, a person who fits neither of the 2 sketches.
I think this Keegan lives with his dad. Dad could b the older sketch.
The young sketch resembles the catfish account picture to me

Maybe the profile was used to catfish the girls? That DOES NOT mean that the fatso in the thumbnail is the one using it at the time. My suspicion is that they are trying to get Fat Albert to snitch on his compadres.
So, we know that he "liked" a few of the girls pictures on Instagram. We also know he was using his fake identity in a Facebook group dedicated to the murders. That's all we know, and we only know that because in the Instagram case a web sleuths posted about a catfish who liked the girls photos back in 2017, way before this was public, and it was this Anthony Shots. We know he was involved in the Facebook group because that was in a public group on Facebook. Places like reddit are the best place to go because there are screenshot.
Sounds like there is a large pedophile ring in the community which may have prominent figures involved which a member cat-fished the girls from this media source to lure the girls to this location.

I firmly believe Libby was the target (she was active on social media, it appears Abby was not) and Abby was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I guess we will see, in time (hopefully!).
Their bodies were found in a sexual manner but they weren’t raped. Libby was found with her shirt off. Abby was still clothed but their bodies were posed in a sexual manner
@Donna Rubino It's about control. The killer led them through the woods to where he killed them. Then the positioning of the bodies afterwards.
They weren't moved to preserve or to hide. The killer wasn't trying to come back to them, nor was he hiding or dismembering. They were displayed.
If he was merely a pedophile who didn't want to get caught he'd have taken his time to bury them. He wanted them to be found. This killer is a sadist.
I don't think the killer is operating alone. I'm not suggesting two killers, but rather a killer and a driver. I think it's logistically improbable that the killer preplanned where to park his car.
I don't think the cops are dealing with a mastermind. I don't think this was planned. I also don't think the killer parked his car and walked to the bridge.
I think it's more likely there is a driver and a killer. It makes more sense the killer was dropped off at one location and picked up at a different one. Flexibility over planning, the killer was in communication with the driver.
I think the killer followed them to the trails. The trails probably don't get very many visitors especially during the winter. It's unlikely someone would be waiting for them there.
From what I gather they were taken through the creek. They ended up on the other side of the creek from where they were at. That means the killer also crossed the creek.
Why would someone familiar with the area cross the creek? That doesn't seem intentional. That seems like someone aimlessly following two girls and then trying to maneuver their way out with the victims.
He could have killed them down by the creek just below the bridge and not had to deal with trying to get them to cross. It's about having control over them. It could even be about humiliation.
I'd disagree. I'd say someone very close to them. The scene was staged to throw off investigation. It worked for a little bit. Le are on the right track now.
They are talking you in circles. Locally , ISP are are speaking to people that know kegan personally and they were doing that last night also. So clearly they suspect he may be involved somehow.

@@paulasoutchek3747 or, could be that he and his dad communicate with others that are into CP content around the state and connecting states - it's entirely possible that any number of them were communicating with either Abby or Libby or at the very least the girls were doxed without every having any contact online with these people, that their details were circulated which lead to them being targeted. While most of these idiots are probably just perverts, it's entirely possible that there is a killer in their midst that prefers young girls and uses these channels as a means to find victims. KK and his dad may not be who they are looking for, but might very well be an important link.

@@raptorman48 the murders were 4 years ago, he may have had less weight than, the film is grainy and shot far away at a low angle, the person walks weird because of the bridge, not because of any physical impairment, and lastly maybe if it is not him, it could be another pervert who he knew. CP is often shared in circles online. Many perverts share stories and photos. This man definitely has peaked the police interest for a reason and the police I think brought to the public to put pressure on him to act out.
@@urikayan2368 Much of the information they are releasing seems misleading the sketches are not even correct and don't look anything like the bridge guy his walking was because of the bridge not because of a handicap like they insinuated and the voice recording might not even be the same guy in fact the voice sounds like Chadwell's voice that other guy who got caught with a 9 year old chained up in his basement and you know if I didn't know any better it seems like someone is distorting the case and covering it up or something and they do not seem to want the public to solve the case they just want a tip so they can solve it but at this rate it might not ever be solved without the use of multiple psychic Investigators!
Maybe one of the girls posted their plan for the day and he became aware through social media and targeted them. Maybe... one of them friended him or accept him on their IG.

Only if they have good dna of high quality. Testing can use up dna evidence and if it’s touch dna it might not necessarily be that helpful

Libby does not seem like the type of person that could be lured into meeting a stranger for a possible modeling career. She was smart and loved to study crime cases. She would see through the bull.

With all due respect she was 14 years old and we did not know her personally. She was definitely wanting to meet the 19yr old boy she was talking to online cause she asked one of her friends to go with her to meet him but he told her that she shouldn't meet him cause she didn't know him. Also her cousin Cody patty has stated that she was talking and thinking if meeting a 19yr old boy and he told her the same thing. This creep could of said something along the lines of hey it's almost valentine's day and since you don't have school I would love to meet you and I have a gift for you. Then there's always the possibility that the killer somehow stalked the girls online and knew where they were but they didn't know he was tracking them or that he was going to show up. My personal opinion is that this guy was out hunting or surveying the bridge or whatever and spotted the girls and he knew the area wasn't populated at the time so he made his move. He probably doesn't live in Delphi and may not have even been back to the area since his crimes but he definitely knew the area decently well. Who knows, I just hope they catch this killer soon.
@@mrsinister8943 exactly... theres no denying she was probably a smart girl and such BUT shes also a 14 yr old girl and if a handsome guy is just chatting you up and telling you all kinds of nice things its easy to see a young girl falling victim to that. She probably was tricked. And thought she would be safe because she was with her friend so she probably thought she was in a relatively safe aread since she knew the area and felt like she was in public safe area. Those girls should have split up and ran as fast as they could in different directions. He wouldnt be able to catch both and its nore than likely he would just give up pursuit of both and high tail it out of there. Because police and help would be shortly on the way.

There was ABSOLUTELY no proof they were lured to the site. The phones shows no signs of Geocaching either. This is a crime of opportunity. Pure chance -and a lot of misplaced anger.
I've said it many times, someone needs to investigate the group of gold prospectors that visited the area during their Octoberfest celebration. Those people KNOW the area - but are not locals. The two girls were down there talking to the prospectors. There is a video online that shows one of the gold prospectors wearing clothes that seem to match. He is an older man, very fat, with a camo dad hat, not a cap, and he had a salt and pepper beard with the SAME EXACT pattern seen in bridge guy video only that man has the beard tucked into his coat.

Factory resetting his Galaxy phone on 2/23/17, right after the murders VERY incriminating. Also he factory reset the phone just 2 days before the police executed the search warrant AND the police found nothing incriminating. Did someone tip him off to the raid? VERY SUSPICIOUS also suspicious is that nothing was found.
Did he use Anthony_shots, and "shots" as in taking pictures --camera shots. Did he contact Libby and compliment her on her photography, especially if he saw pictures she had taken at the bridge and did he wants to go take pics at the bridge and would she meet him there to show him around?
My impression of his father and grandfather is good. It seems like he has such a loving father, I would have thought that someone so disturbed would have come from a pretty disturbed family background. Everyone seems to have clear happy eyes, except for Kegan. It's just my impression and of course I can be very wrong.
I don't know.... what's sketchy to me is it seems like dad was also covering for his child on fb. He was recycling photos in different years on his post to do with KAK.
BG just based off his stature and walk along with the audio clip has always given me the impression of an older guy in the 40 to 50 range ...they have also said more than KAK was using the Anthony_Shots profile. They have taken KAK's dog from residence and the word is LE is on 24 hr surveillance of his home currently ..
