You are so lucky with your family and mom about that they don’t care if you eat a lot or gain weight or lose it when l was fat what they told me and what others people say every time just broke my confidence in my self so l try to lose weight and l do and l was look just like model my confidence get better a lot l alsow got goals in life l was always happy then what people tell me get worse a lot like every one wasn’t like my body literally even though l was really like it l was like l don’t care what people told me but they still keep tell me things so l start think like maybe l really have to gain weight so l start gaining weight until l get size m now l don’t feel really happy as I was in my old body and my mom back to tell me you are fat even though she was telling me to gain weight now l try to back to my old body again and I am just so tired .
This chick when she gets the diabetes diagnosis in her 60s if she keeps this up: 👁️👄👁️ My grandma died from her sweet tooth. Keep that in mind when you’re promoting that health at every size, eat what you want with a green juice, kinda vibe.
