Hi! We are Trey and Rosa, we have 5 kiddos and we moved from the big city of Las Vegas to the outskirts of Pahrump to homestead and grow our own food with the goal of self-sufficiency. We have a small homestead with Nigerian Dwarf goats, ducks, chickens, and also have cats and dogs running around everywhere and recently converted to eating a full plant based diet due to health reasons.
We are passionate about growing our own food, eating clean & healthy, cooking food from scratch, desert gardening and making simple skincare products for our family and for you.
We specialize in making 100% goat's milk soap using fresh goat milk from our own Nigerian Dwarf goats that provide the most moisturizing bar of goat milk soap you'll try. We love all the benefits of our goat milk soaps and find that it's great for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin.

Hi there! Sprouts produce is pretty well priced and the quality is great in our area. I too love to shop discounts and sales whenever possible. Don’t forget to check the clearance rack by the bathrooms they normally have some great treasures!
Isaiah is such a joy and a good helper too! I have no Sprouts where I live, but do have Harris Teeter, Publix, EarthFare and Food Lion.

I love Sprouts and go every chance I get, but the two closest to us are two hours away. I love the black lentils in that brand of canned beans. The texture is nice and I can mix them into things without the family noticing/complaining too much.
Hi Teresa! Oh I should’ve gotten some of the lentils then, I always make our own lentils which we love but it’s always nice for a bit of convenience at times. 2 hours is so far, you should stock up whenever you can! What are some of your favs to make with them lentils for your family?
I love Sprouts and one store i went to in san jose,ca have sushi which was fresh
Yum! Sprouts is nice but it can be a bit pricey for normal groceries

We have an Aldi’s here and it is a great store. The prices are usually below the other supermarkets. They are on a par with Walmart as far as prices but similar to Trader Joe’s in some of what they sell. We have a Sam’s Club here but I would prefer a Costco. 🙂
I’ve been thinking about getting a Costco membership but not sure if it is worth it if we have to pay monthly? Ugh decisions decisions
@@thehaipath you pay $60 for the year, not monthly. It’s a great store but the temptation to buy stuff is high! But they have a good bunch of organic products to choose from.

It’s one of my main places to shop. We go to Costco once a month and then for quick runs we have a natural grocers close by. I love natural grocers but it’s pricey so it’s just sometimes, they really have the best produce!
@meganjoy9225 I was just speaking to another friend here that I am really thinking about getting a Costco membership but not sure if it’s worth since you gotta pay a membership!
@GreekVegetarianRecip hello! This does help tremendously! With all these I think we will pass on the membership for now, Costco is very far from us about an hour and half +
We do prefer eating whole grain or even made from scratch as you’ve seen some of our videos but to cut costs a little here and there sometimes it is just cheaper to get white.
We do a lot of brown rice and home and often purchase bulk items on Amazon and just have it delivered. Thank you so much again for giving us all the pros and cons!!
I love grocery hauls!! We don’t have Sprouts near us, we have Kroger , Meijer and Aldi. I like to see what other stores have. Good job Isaiah helping mom. Thanks for sharing.😊
