As a german myself with "Speech 100" Level i must admit... the best insults are NOT using some swear words. Just take what you just heard and use it against your oponent..
If you are able to twist their words seconds after spoken... that is the german way.
    xD

Well, yeah, I wouldn't translate "Geige" as "violin" in that context, but rather as "fiddle", with in context with a rear opening of a human's body makes much more sense in terms of, well: fiddling.
"Jeansbügler" seems somewhat 1980s to me. We DELIBERATELY wrinkled our jeans after washing before hanging them somewhere to dry and took good care that our mothers wouldn't iron them because else we would have been considered "Warmduscher" by our companions, or even worse, a "Muttersöhnchen" (your mother's little baby child). That was the worst insult you could imagine and could easily end up in a fight.
We used much harsher terms back then when we were 14 which these days would be age-rated 18 in Germany, or, I'm not so familiar with the American system, but I guess it would be NG-17 "adults only".

The worst insult I've ever heard is "Wessi"
I was born in the GDR into a family with Canadian roots (long story)
In East Germany "Wessi" is similar to calling someone a pretentious asshole / who says something and does otherwise / someone who bargains his own soul for profit
Don't get me wrong ... there are a lot of lovely people in the West (even my wife🤗🌹 who was born in Bavaria)
But generally she agrees to the meaning of "Wessis"

I'm from Saxony and we love calling people from West Germany Wessis. I hate how they look down on us and don't understand how frustrated we are by the current situation in the country. They are so naive and act friendly, while we are very honest, even for German standards. And honesty means being cynical.
