Jeff, I just have to say thanks - for the time you took yesterday to show me around and then sit down and talk to me about my truck. You listened to what I wanted to do with it, then gave suggestions to get me the results I wanted, so I'd be happy when I leave there. I can't wait to get my lift done. Service like this just doesn't happen these days. I feel like you made this video just for me!
I really appreciate your time and your Willingness to listen to my suggestions based on what you plan to use the vehicle for. I’m all about setting up every customers vehicle based on needs and what is going to used for. Like I said when I see people on social media make suggestions and they don’t even know what some one is going to use the truck for.🤦🏻♂️. Thank you again Randy🙏
As a small business owner myself (architect), I really appreciate the explanation of your design and manufacturing process. Your passion for your products is why I bought my TRD Sport lift kit from you. That and your attention to detail. I'm sure I won't get my kit for several weeks and that is fine with me. I'll wait for quality.
i couldnt understand why anyone would complain about your lifts jeff…everything is great and honestly yours costs less than anyone elses stuff…keep up the great work jeff…👏👏

I’ve been researching a lift kit for my SR5 for a while now. I’m really impressed with everything I’ve seen about your collars and what you guys are doing.
The shop I’m getting my tundra lifted just order my kit yesterday! I’m getting my 2022 tundra 1794 w/ air suspension & AVS lifted at tandem off-road in the DFW area. I wholeheartedly agree, waiting for the Wescott kit will be worth it! I can’t wait to see my whole project come together!
Just installed the Westcott kit on our 2020 4Runner TRD Pro. Yes, has to wait 6 weeks for the kit and it was well worth it. Kit is VERY high quality, worth the wait and the $$. Even the packaging is first class.
What is Mr. W. really showing here.....people are the asset. How he treats people around him, the most important asset. Give them a chance to earn your business, you will see, A++
Love your passion as the business owner. Paid way too much for my 2022 Tundra to accept anything but the best lift kit. More than happy to wait knowing long term I will have a quality product that I can depend on.
My lift wheels and tires go on next week on my 2022 SR5 TRD off road (Blueprint). I can’t wait to see the 3-1 Westcotts Designs lift, Black Rhino stadium wheels 17x9 +12mm offset, with 35x12.50r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT’s. I’ll send you guys in professional photos from our family business. Your customer service has been great! Brian, Jessica and Eric have answered every one of my questions along the way. Awesome guys and an awesome brand; I sent an email with a list of questions to the sales team 3 days before Christmas, and the team replied within two hours. When you build a quality product, knowledgeable consumers will stand in line to buy it.
I am getting your leveling kit for my new 23 tacoma . I'm hoping your leveling kit tightens my suspension up a little. Stock suspension is a lil to spongey
almost got the wescott lift. But went with the toytec lift very similar but it comes with stiffer front coils and preload collars. Comes with rear spacer, but opted for ome arb rear 3 inch springs. pretty economical 610.00 for front and rear set up. Yes it is a true 3 inch
@@Wicho4414 it's been good the front springs were a bit stiff but is good because of the extra weight I added to the front . Also put spc upper control arms, not needed but I have them now for adjustment if needed for tire rub.I opted not to use the toytec rear spring cup for the lift. I went with the 3 inch lift ome medium weight springs for the rear .
Jeff, I have been watching a lot of your videos, I pick up my new SR5 TRD Off road in about 2.5 weeks. I appreciate your honesty, and explanations on your designs and lead times, even thought this is an old video. Your kit looks so much better than 90% of the others I have seen on the market, even to this day. I actually am leaning towards your complete kit with the TRD longer shocks. Question I have is this: Are the red axles on my stock truck long enough to run the complete kit? The Toyota TRD 3" lift includes the silver axles, would this be a better option with my truck, or are the red axles adequate if I actually go off-roading? Also, is there a difference in ride quality if I choose not to run the spacer in the front and just use the collar? (one way or the other?) Lastly, If I place an order for one these kits, will it come quicker if I just go with silver, and do you have the TRD shocks in stock, or would I be better off just ordering them locally from a dealer? (I'd rather get them from you, to make sure I get the right ones). Thanks for making this video, any update on current lead times for a new order would be helpful. Thank you 👍
Great stuff, this seems like a trustworthy business. Do you guys have a recommendation video for what after market wheels looks good on a Dodge Journey(2019)? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for watching some of our videos. I have to tell you that I have not had any experience with a Dodge Journey. Maybe a good way would be to put in the google search bar (Dodge Journey with after market wheels). Click on images and see if any pop up that you like the look of.👍
I recently took tundra in for leveling. Not knowing anything about it, I depended on the shop for their expertise. They put in two inch spacers. I found out later I actually had bilstein shocks already installed. Wouldn’t it of made more sense to adjust the struts versus use the spacers? I dont actively off road. But you never know.
So depending which Bilstein was used the 5100’s adjust to 2.3” and the original 6112’s adjust to 2.5” so when our collar is added you can make even adjustment side to side to get the vehicle up to a full 3”
I also noticed the squat in the rear. What do u recommend in terms of chaging the coil springs? I'm looking to do some mild off roading & probably towing a trailer(7k lbs) in the future. Looking to do this without the trd struts. Just straight westcott designs lift kit.
I don't understand. Your lift still essentially pushes the control arms down to create lift, there for moving them away from the factory bump stops too. Won't that create the same issue. Not trying to be a neigh sayer. I'm legitimately asking.
I have a 22 sr5 trd tundra. I ordered a 3 & 1 lift kit. Do you recommend 18/9 wheel +1 offsett?? I'm going with either a 295/70 or 305/70 micky thompson baja boss tire. I noticed you guys have a done a few +1 offset with no rubbing. Any advise would be appreciated! 🙏
No it’s not needed and I would do less lift if it was because then you are going against what you are trying to accomplish by gaining ground clearance by dropping the diff down. You are still gaining the fender room though that allows for the larger tires.
No sorry bud! I worked the last 20 years for Toyota and I can tell you we saw them come in all the time for strut failure. I just don’t believe in replacing parts with crappy parts that can cause harm or failure. That is what we have built our brand around. This is one of many reasons why we still work with Toyota Corporation to this day. Thank you for your input though.

It’s really had to find a really good or should I say correct offset. We don’t tend to run 17” because of that problem. You are going to want to run a +12 to +25. Something in that range. This will help prevent rubbing!

I was looking at the Rough Country Suspension lift (3.5in w/front coil overs a-arms - rear block and strut) What is the benefit in your lift compared to the suspension lift of the Rough Country? Would I still have full articulation with yours? And do you have a 3/2 lift option?
