@@MrMistry no problem, had the same issue with my designs. Those isolated converter are not as cheap as the voltage regulator, but they don't heat up and make the job done. Amp will be quiet as it's design allows.

hi, In test run, I wrongly connect power supply to audio input. I do not know what happened to my amp but when I change the connections to proper pattern, There was a dot shaped sound coming from speaker. even if I disconnected Audio in wires, the Amp still produces dot shaped sound. I used Same amp as you.

Hi man please answer me. I built a similar system using 2x 9v batteries, tda8932 amplifier and 20w 4 ohm speaker. However, it sounds super low. Is it because 9v batteries can't produce enough current for amplifier to produce high power for speaker? Or what would be the issue. Because I tried using 12 v 2a ac dc adapter but it makes buzzing noise on speakers...

Hi Mr. Mistry. I have a TPA3118 mono module. I modded it, decreased to 20db gain. I added a potentiometer for volume adjustment. The pot when full and zero level no noise but at middle levels i m hearing noise. How can i eleminate this problem?

I have not added the pot but I use a 3s lipo and small speakers and I get a hum.

Yo lo e trabajado y es muy noble y lo traen equipos de disque marcas como jbl harman kardon Sony etc...
Es muy flexible en aplicaciones
El tpa 3118 yo lo uso y no da problemas para nada
Y el tpa 3116d2 es más potente que el 3118 pero son muy iguales sólo la potencia y claridad con la que va sonar depende de la alimentación el tpa trabaja de mínimo para que desaogue sabroso es a unos 20volts
Pero si pones dos pilas de 12 en serie las ases a 24 y te da todo lo que da el chip yo el tpa 3118 lo use en un 15" pulgadas jbl y se movía bastante bien y clarito y un bajeo exelente pero ojo si ya lo vas usar a mayor voltaje de 12 voltios ponle unos disipadores
