I actually love the house updates. I envy how fast the construction is moving. I am in house repair hell. Some guy next door tore down this house to build a much larger house. A lot of that happening in Toronto. Long story short, I live near a ravine by a river and his construction destroyed everything but the house on my property. Big in ground pool, a patio a balcony the front entrance all ended up in a sink hole. Insurance is replacing everything but underground water from the ravine made it tricky. In the 3rd year living in a mud hole. $millions spent and no end in site.
Can’t say how much this inspires me, we’ve all been watching you go from sleeping in your car to owning a crazy car collection and building your forever home, best content on CZcams && the most genuine human on this planet. Keep it up Strad 📈

On special spot of the property I think you should put a concrete pad for donuts to do in the cars or even a dirt obstacle course for off road cars like gladiator or dirt bikes just a suggestion. Keep up the grind we appreciate it!
