It can't be replicated by machine, but isn't given the value by consumers that it is worth. I'm hoping you go into more kit-making. That puts the labor on the consumer, but gives them all the supplies they need to start. I cross stitch and know it takes a lot of time to put together the supplies for a project. When you bulk- produce kits, you reduce that time enough to still profit while providing an excellent service to your consumers. I subscribe to a magazine called Punch Needle & Primitive Stitcher for their cross stitch patterns. I am curious about punch needle, but not enough to kit something up myself. By selling some kits and offering your teaching video link, you might increase your presence in that market. Wishing you a great 2024!
Thank you for the advice! I agree with your point about crochet!! We definitely want to add a variety of kits or at least refill kits soon! Full kits are a bit more time consuming because they require a tutorial to be made for each design (at least that’s what I would do). Happy new year to you too!🎉

What an amazing year for you lovely! First I just want to say how awesome it is to see and hear Shaun on the sewing machine. Sewing is often seen as such a female dominated hobby or craft and to see a guy ruling the machine makes me happy! I totally agree with you on CZcams being beneficial for your biz! The small biz vlog scene appears to be very niche so I can’t wait to start making videos in 2024! Your market attendance is crazy! I did six markets and I was exhausted! I have spoken to you before about how horrible the market scene is in my town so I feel we will be doing even less markets next year! Hope you, Shaun and fur babies had a magical Christmas and here’s to an amazing 2024! Xo
