"Jai Ho" song running in the background gives me GOOSEBUMPS.
12 years passed and still everytime I watch it, it gives me goosebumps. One of the best movies ever made. Love from Pakistan <3
So y'all gonna admit that you didn't notice Dev Patel behind everyone lifting the babygirl who played the young Latika in his arms and taking a spin or two?!
Those kids made the film
I'm not even Indian...but I get goosebumps whenever I watch this as a proud South Asian...

I’m amazed how dev Patel was the lead of this film yet was so humble by standing in the back of the group entertaining the little girl. He didn’t need the praise for his efforts, he wanted to light on every body else.
am i the only one who loves how dev patel is holding rubina (youngest latika) in the background?
I am Pakistan but i felt very proud by hearing hindi song in oscar awards and seeing Indian Celebrities winning oscar ❤️❤️❤️❤️

RIP Irrfan Khan (January 7, 1967 - April 29, 2020), aged 53
As an Indian, who lives in Mumbai ...This makes me so FREAKING proud!
Its like the ending of an Indian wedding. EVERYONE goes on the stage for a photo and video shoot
While the speech is going on DEV PATEL is busy playing with that kid . That's so sweet of him.
