I'd be happy to make more if you guys have any ideas or questions. I loved my time here, mostly because of the friends that I made. I hope this video helps you decide where to live and helps you make awesome friends!

I appreciate this video SO MUCH. Thank you for doing this!! I've watched a lot of vlogs and reviews about Rexburg living in preparation for moving there and yours is the only one that has helped.
I’m so glad it helped!! I wish I had a resource like this before moving there so I wanted to make it to help others. You’ll love it up there!
Agreed: do NOT live at center square 😂
I live at Milano Flats now (used to be Tuscany) and I honestly love it. But I’m also more of an independent person and I love having my own space. I don’t think I could handle not having a room to myself 😂 my roommates are heckin fun though and we have a GREAT time. I think I got really lucky though because I do know some apartments with odd/anti social people. If I were staying in Rexburg I’d probably try the Ridge next.
I’m so glad you’ve had a positive experience! I loved my time in Rexburg ❤️
As someone that used to live in rexburg Tuscany. Some pretty crazy shit went on there...
Thank you for doing this! I LOVED this video and found it so helpful. I was wondering your opinion on the Cedars?
Yay! I’m so glad you liked it! The cedars was pretty new when I graduated but I’ve heard good things. I went to a clothing swap one time there which was fun and it’s super close to campus! You should give it a try!
I was at centre square for a bit and I actually had a great experience. I will say it is more a "freshman campus" but it was right across where my classes were. Also, about the lockdown, you can still get into your apartment after cerfew. You just need your student ID number or student card (which you use as a key to your room anyways.) Its just if you frequently miss cerfew you may get talked to. But it's usually only if you're coming in at 3am every morning. To my knowledge we're supposed to abide by cerfew at other housing anyways. My biggest issue was there was only one bathroom for four girls. (It has a vanity area for getting ready but not great it you have IBS) And you cant open a window.
I’m glad you had an awesome time. Definitely a good place if you want to meet other freshman and are new to the college.
I was at centre square my first semester, I didn't love it because of the distance and the curfew i was constantly breaking but never got talked to about it
Never heard of those places, maybe i seen them around but still i was mostly in the north west area around the hotel
What about Colonial House? Seems very similar to Heritage and is located just behind it. Looking for my freshman (pre-mission) son
I’ve heard pretty good things about it! I say go for it!
What do you think of the ridge? I’ve been thinking about it but don’t know anything about it, I’m gonna be a freshman this winter but I’m not freshman age, so I need a private room because I can’t imagine sharing a room with a 18yo haha
I’ve met some cool people that live there. If you don’t have a car you’ll be walking uphill everyday because it’s on the hill. I say give it a shot and if you don’t like it you can always move
what is your opinion on harris hall and aspen village? They both are pretty cheap, harris hall is closer to campus, but aspen village looks better for making friends.
Honestly haven’t heard anything of Harris halls but I’ve heard good things about aspen village 👌🏻
@@PaigeHigginsVlogs ok thanks
Did you ever stay at Buena Vista? What are your thoughts of what you have heard about it?
Honestly I’ve never heard of it! I’m sorry! I’m always an advocate to try something out and if you don’t like it you can always move!
How about Kensington Manor on the east side? My son is an accounting major so that puts him pretty close to Smith building.
It’s a really nice place. The people I’ve met there are kind as well. I think he should give it a shot
I have question. Does people live in those BYUI approved apartment can take their boyfriend inside their room? I know BYUI said don’t but I’m just curious if people still bring their boyfriend to their apartment
It’s allowed to be in the family room and kitchen together but not the bedroom. Some people break the rules. Roommates may or may not turn you in to the honor office.
do you know about Greenbrier Apartments? or Carriage House Apartments?
I’ve had friends that have lived at carriage house and they really liked it. It’s pretty close to campus too. I haven’t heard anything about green brier though
I'm currently at Greenbrier! It's not the nicest but super homey. 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, but only one fridge. The vibe is super chill and it's kind of hit or miss with roommates, but overall pretty chill. Super close to campus, especially if you have all your classes on the North end. (All my classes are at the south so all the way up the hill) However, It's only like a 15 min walk all the way up the Ricks building. Management is amazing.
Is there any industrial/ factory jobs in or around Rexburg?
Yes I believe so. I know some people that worked at a potato factory. You do need a car to get there
Hi! Do you know anything about davenport apartment?
I’m sorry I don’t know much about Davenport
Me and my best friend are going to be at Heritage for fall semester
It’s the best there!!
I lived in brookside village and people there are so nice!!!! And I paid for myself hahaha
not very social but my roommates become my closest friends there 🥺
What are the best married apartments!!
Honestly I have no idea. I didn’t get married til I graduated. I’m sorry!
Have you heard about Riviera Apartments? What is your comment?
Yes I have. They’re pretty decently priced and have good people that live there. I’d go for it! You can always move if you don’t like it.
Do you know of the best men’s private room places?? :))
I’ve met some people from the ridge but I’ve heard it’s not super social. That’s pretty much the only private mens place I can remember. There’s Tuscany too. Out of those the ridge is more social!
Thank you for your response! Not as social as like even your roommates in the apartment aren’t?
