New Festool Systainer Sys3 Toolbox Style and my new EZ Pro Texture Setup!

- The new Festool Sys3 systainer open top toolboxes are pretty nice! They seem to be a lot heavier duty than the older center fixed handle style. Plenty holes for drivers and other odds and ends being used during the project. I'm turning this one into my drywall repair kit and just started loading it up this morning so only a few things there but I did want to mention how great the new EZ Pro texture gun system works and has been doing great for me. Matching knockdown texture etc has been great on wall openings and patches.

You are right, the front handle is for pulling it out from a shelf or drawer. The taller Systainer3 have only a front grab. The smaller Systainers3 are an actual handle so you can carry like a brief case.

I ordered another one after seeing this one in person. So much heavier built than the old style

Very nice setup. I'm disappointed that Milwaukee doesn't have a box like that for the Packout system.
The tool box style systainer looks like one to pick up. I was just looking at Tanos systainers to put my drywall gun and makita drywall saw in because that stuff goes hand in hand with my vac and sanders so it would make sense to lock them all together. Might have to grab the toolbox sys for the same purpose you are using yours for. Thanks for the vid.
I ended up ordering another one this size and another smaller one. Man they’re just handy!
Just picked up one of these myself far better than the old style and 30mm longer inside due to the shape! Bargain at £33 in the uk seeing as a Stanley soft bag is £30 I know which will last longer!!
They’re so much better! I need to replace them all with these. I did order another one this morning of the shorter size. I still like the old ones for caulking better, that center divider is nice to stand tubes up where this one they would interfere with the handle too much
@@MillisConstruction I agree the old style one I have has a bit of electrical stuff in one side and joinery/general tools in the other so it divides them up nicely! But the new one are definitely better made.I have a friend who has a laser cnc so I am looking to get a custom insert setup in 6mm mdf sorted for my new one if it gets done I will post a vid on here and link it to this with possibly prices for others interested 👍
@@kevinlawes591 someone on this side of the pond needs to make inserts like that. I’d be happy to get some and do some videos on them as well if it helped get it started. Lots of neat places make them over seas but nothing I’ve seen here other than home made versions.
I’m going to try to set me up a nail gun systainer the next week or two with some 1/4” ply dividers probably. I really need them better organized for carrying
