      Thanks and u r welcome💪🏻 I have a rack mounted one on the channel now with a better lever system… “belt squat mine vs theirs” video…. Can be used for the calf raise machine as well.

    It seems like that can be modified to also work as a belt squat, especially if it is mountable on a rack so you can change the height. Since space and budget are often concerns in at-home gyms, being able to do multiple movements with one piece of equipment is always a plus.

    Awesome idea, thanks for sharing. Really creative using the hitch pin with a cable to keep the arm in place and to re engage it into the wall. If you move the pivot point out from the wall another 3 or 4 inches you could also use it as a standing leg curl.
