- Last week I built out a basic Perma-Taunt template using Whisper as our Damage Dealer which worked conceptually but had a few issues making the team quite unstable. After some further testing, some ideas from my community and more playtesting - the Perma-Taunt Whisper team has evolved into a Monster team. You don't have to go as long or aim for as big damage as this team but this strategy should unlock Nightmare Hydra for you and your clan.

Cool job,and well done calling out Bronko’s work,and with that being said..i m still wainting for some content creator to being the hero and comes with a team that uses Duedan that is much easier to get than emic that most ppl dont have,the big difrence is that you may have to use maneaters unkillable or a aoe blockdemage champ with him (helicath hits hard)and thats it! Even heard about a recent calculator that makes the comps for you,you just choose the champs to put in there,..and that will be the next Huge comp to come around! Anyways cheers,keep up the good work.

This helped a ton Saph! I built this today with Emic, Nia, Uggo, Shammy, Geo, and R.N.Archer and got 70m on brutal first try. I kept the key because I'm short on time this week but my clan just barely broke in to Brutal so this is great for where we're at lol. I think I can get 100m with a few tweaks next week!
thanks Saph i built the Duchess version and did 61mil on NM this week. was playing on phone so was not able to reset for max potential. the most annoying head is Wrath because of counter attacks and provokes. i was thinking of using a second block damage champion like Helicath but it will definitely cut into damage.
I finaly found the time to build this team. It works like a charm. I just did 171M on nightmare, will try Brutal next week. Will probably get more clash points on brutal. The only weak link that I see here is Ukko, his provokes are not consistent enoght, but I don't have retaliation set and acsesories on him, only provoke. Thanks for the great video!

Yes brodah, using it since I saw it, had your other vid in a tab for over a week until I could finally put the champs together. Which of course, was a couple days prior to the 100% artifact removal discount, which from a certain point of view, happens to be coherent with my luck, so it's all good 😂👍🏼.
Gonna rebuild an Ukko on Taunt by the way. The one I had rdy for Hydra was in Reflex, but I just hate waiting for the poison cloud to wear out (although considering... using Teumisia... hmm), and also want Block Buffs, no matter how unreliable Ukko could be at that. Anyway, great vid, see you on this chord!
I actually put my artak in affinity breaker because of how annoying the number of force affinity heads were on this rotation. Made a big difference, bumped up from 81m on hard to 103m.

Hah! I gathered together Pythion, Inq Shamael, Uugo, Mordecai, Nia and Emic and got my first ever chest from Brutal Hydra (13.5M dmg). Happy me! My Nia hasn't got all books nor masteries and my 2nd Shamael is only 5* 22lvl but it still did the trick! :)
Millions of thanks, I've been struggling to find a comp to move into harder difficulties from weekly normal & hard chests.
Actually you should use Nia's A2 when Emic only has 1 turn left on the Taunt. This way, your team stays unkillable permanently, providing Emic and Nia are fastest on the team.
So you go Emic (A3), Nia A1, Emic A2, Nia A2 - repeat.
I ran the double painkeeper emic full auto. Was my first nightmare 1 key. Just about nine month playing. Just got Mithrala so im happy.
would like to see how this team might change if you replace Might Ukko with Gurptuk Moss Beard - both bring the block buff - but GMB passive with increase damage. - you should be able to keep GMB poisons up - the whole fight with reduce cooldown
You do lose Dec atk which makes wrath much riskier tbh and you lose the revive - whisper can die sometimes as she is getting alot of turns from her A3 and from the fear head!
I just recently discovered how wicked Shamial and Lydia are together against the Head of Tourment. Though, I've never gotten that much damage with Shamial before
Not to toot my own horn but I pioneered Nia in LS with WM. Literally pulled her the week she came out and built her just for hydra with the drop speed and healing everyone else when her WM procs.
awesome team, i would prefer the auto team myself, been unlucky no Nia sofar. Been following Bronkos awesome teams as well.
What do You think about 2 Emics? Should I use them together or build 2 diff teams?

2 fusion champs, free lydia and 3 void epics is pretty accessable team to me
1 fusion i couldnt get, lydia isnt easy to get either, and 3 voids wich to pull can take years with bad RNG... so yes 2 years is probably a good guess @@symm2r
@TheLugia345 I cant make everything solo'd by kael. In this team you have 2 Fusions in the past 12 months, a champ you can earn from FW, Nia was in the recent progressive event and has been a guarenteed champ, Shamael was a guarenteed champ, Whisper was a Prime Promotion = Its about as accessible as I could make it.

I just want to add this: This comment was not meant negative in anyway towards your video, as you can check under many other videos of yours i'm very grateful for the content you produce, to put so much time and effort in those Videos to help ppl build teams and make decision on go for Champs/Events based on real facts and not on FOMO.

Is Whisper a better build than Varl? I was going to build Varl but I've gone back and forth when I see Whisper vids. Didn't know if that was because she was more accessible or was actually better.
Just made exact the same pack and used it on brutal hydra - 230kk on first try without any blessing on Whisper
Noticed you switched Whisper from Phantom Touch to Crushing Rend, was that a testing change or is there a substantial increase in damage for A1/A3 when picking Crushing Rend even though you already ignore defense on the big smack?
It was testing but I like it - its better when you need to burst which hydra ends up being when heads are decapitated
How crucial are the accessory sets for your Hydra NM team to work properly?

I built this team. My Whisper only has a 1 star blessing, and I built her in Relentless instead of Savage/Lethal. I also screwed up the turn order for most of the run and so got out of sync and had some people get eaten. But I still hit the turn limit on Brutal and managed 293 million damage, so pretty happy with the results. Consider me a convert to the church of Whisper!

How did you made it without Provoke?
Provoke is on Ukko but without the set it still did 255mil it was just less consistent
@HHGamingNetwork but Provoke set is not consistent, hard to really on it
What about ambassador lethelin - epic high elf? His is a 2 turn taunt on a target ally. 4 turn CD.
Life Steal continues to be a great set
3 nightmare runs with taunt team, min 48mil max 70mil. Mistakes on my part selecting wrong skill
I love your emic + nia combo but can you make it work on auto ?
no because Nia's reduce cooldown ability is a single target and Nia's IA will target an ally that need heal/cleanse instead of Emic
i got 77 mil on brutal with an auto unkillable/taunt. but it has only one dps spot and no space for any debuffs because you need 2 painkeepers and a maneater or at least a brogni as well as emic and shamael, so one spot for something like a geo, gnut, acrizia or even a mordecai or dreng... whisper cant be setup in that one sadly and she doesnt use her A1 to get weaken out herself unless you turn off the A3 and even then she will mostly just use the A2... if i can get my hands on a nia i will try your version though i think

If you're going to manual anyway, wouldn't it be better to put the cursed set on Ukko and the provoke on Lydia? You can only provoke one head and Hex can be used on all of them.
Its viable either way yeah - I just like the freedom of being able to use lydia's a3 on whatever target rather than being forced to use on provoke head for the provoke set.
you have Baron right Saph you can farm mino alot faster with baron
I dont have Emic... So ill try to build a team with Duedain instead. If i run Nia super fast, 3 times faster or more than duedain she shuld have cycled back to her reset before duedain is about to take a turn. Shuld work rigth?
Thinking a bit more, I'll use Ambassador Lethelin instead 2 turn taunt on 4 turn cd makes things way easier to build. I can run him and Nia in the same speedrange and still have some margins.
Lethelin is a great alternative as is ruarc
what about masteries ?
Queston: Emic and Nia are not auto-run-Team, right? We have to play it by ourself so Nia could reset allways Emics Skills, right?
Nia is unlikely to be auto - she never stick to 1 target
If you want full auto, you can do it with emic and two painkeepers but needs some setup.

I didn’t get how you can make perms taunt. I have the same exact speed on emic but it runs out always
You need to have a buff extension and manual the fight.

@@beowulf1563 Yeah i checked it and it doesnt seem to work. It seems that i need cd reduction. But i figured it out. Am lucky enough to have 2 emics and will intercalate between their taunts with an emic fast and one slow

It’s almost impossible to do though. I suppose with a veil champion in the shammy spot it might work with the right cool downs. We really need a champion that provides fear protection+other benefits in the pool
I did try but its just so risky - you get so many fears on Emic you'd have to run so many cleanses.

well here comes another NERF to yours truly every time some one makes a video of a team that does massive damage they get nerfed. wouldnt it be better to have this info ina private section of the website so that PP wont get the info as fast look at CORPULENT CADAVER when HH made the video of him and I think emic got got the big nerf shortly after him putting the video out
Comparing this to the cadaver dmg is absurd. This isn’t insane dmg at all i see people do this dmg and then some to nightmare hydra with double yumeko, Acrizia, or even graazur teams.
they said specifically this is how they intend taunt to work on Hydra about 2 weeks ago. dw

These teams are not realistic, you didn't show the full run because you didn't want to bore everyone. nobody wants to manual hydra. 1 and a half hours manual run. great for a video, but not worth the effort.
Lol. Teams not realistic and it's just epica and fusions. You don't want to spend the time that's fine. Some people want to try and win hydra clash.🎉
My team just did 220M on Nightmare - 2 hrs manual with Acrizia. Its possible.
@@gaborfeher3264 Exactly my point. you can do a full auto run with Acrizia, and get 260m dmg in 40 minutes.

Many would agree that Hydra is one of the few battles you'd enjoy doing manually. Also the results could be as high as 3 times better
