They made this video to throw shade at crappy camera work. They performed this on a show but the camera work was horrendous so they decided to make a video showing them how it should have been filmed 😂

@@roguechevelle those award shows do not have great camera work lol, idk what you're talking about. that show was PARTICULARLY wack, but even nowadays those cams are crazy. during Anpanman at these past MAMAs, there was a point where they accidentally cut to a cam that was literally filming, like, a corner of the stage on a crooked angle or something, where no one even was. some of the competition shows suck too. a lot of people complain about it. maybe in 2014 they cared less about getting good closeups of BTS bc they were nugus, but in general the epically shitty camwork is not a huge conspiracy.
that much said, that camwork was SO. SHITTY. prob the worst professional work I've ever seen lmao. I could not stop laughing when I saw it, I was like in disbelief.
EDIT: plz everyone don't like come for my neck for this, I realize BTS has been persecuted over the years, I'm not trying to say they haven't been and I'm not trying to say that perf didn't have the Worst Cam Ever in History bc it did. but I do watch the perfs of other groups and it's not as if Korean camerawork is as great as some folks make it out to be. just sayin.
I would like to just mention that when they "rewinded" they actually did that in the chore, it was not the video being rewinded.
Yes, J-Hope actually danced the "rewind" portion by going backwards in choreography. All they did was add a little sound effect and some special video effect to make it seem like a video rewind. But it was all them, actually doing it.

Here’s the Tea on this trailer lol, so what happened was our boys went to an awards show I believe and the whole time they were performing the camera people were shady and not recording the performance properly like they were for others, so Bighit being Petty Legends haha decided to politely show them what “ Good Camera Work “ “ Very Good Camera Work “ etc really looks like haha I love it, they really killed this choreo!

I told you. They recorded this because back in the beginning of their career. They were always disrespected. This was performed at an awards show and the camera work was crap. So being the petty kings they are, they recorded it "properly"....I love how Big Hit always pushed for what they deserved.
And the rewind was performed not rewound.
This was a shut down to haters to show everyone they can dance! I loved the dirtiness of the dance but still kept it clean. Legends always. I knew you would like it!
The 'good camera' thing was actually a diss to a tv network that did shoddy camera work for their performance.
The Jimin turret gun is always a win.
Also the way I saw it explained on another vid is wherever they performed this had some pretty terrible camera work so Big Hit refilmed it. Hence the good camera comments.

BTS went to an award show & performed this choreo. But when they watched it they found out that the camera crew was being shady af by not filming them correctly. So being the petty kings that they are, they used their own cameras to film the 'Very Good' view, 'The Good' view & the 'Do you want more?' view for ARMY. This was amazing & the camera work was flawless. Thankfully it's gotten a lot better for them over the years but the shade of it all is still a moment in BTS history that we'll never forget. And the rewind choreo is real, They didn't speed up anything. Like a boss!, Lol. 🎊🎉💜💣💜💣💜 #TakeNotes #DoYouKnowBTS

Yes, it was an intro to their performance in an award show.. but the camera was kinda bad and didnt feature their moves on point, so a few days afterwards they released this where they recorded the three versions of a very good, good, and a focused cam..

When they droped this video back in the day I was like Yeah Big Hit show them how its done !!! 👍 I was so mad because during the award show the camera men really did them so so dirty back then, I remember I was screaming to my computer screen because BTS were so mistreated, I was really angry. Everyone covered that this was n response to a station butchering their performance and saying they were just off and they cut off the best parts of the performance and just said t was bts and the dancers.... so they made these two performances one birds eye view and one closer in tight to them and I’m pretty sure the songs are a flex too. Their dancing was “spazz” so they couldn’t keep up and even though they screwed up bts performance... they were gonna keep “rollin rollin rollin,” lol that’s how I see it
They performed this on a end of the year show at the beginning of their career and the camera work was horrible. BigHit put this up to show them how it should be done and as a diss to the station for their sorry work.

They did this as a diss to a music show that had such a bad camera work that nobody could see the coreo. So Army burned the internet down because of it since we could not see it. And they made this so we could see it and they showed to the music show how is done. I just love how BTS always fights back with art and not hate
This is one of my fave old BTS intro dance performance 💜💜
All three camera views are excellent, but I do have a favorite. I think the third one might be my favorite (even though we can’t see Suga behind the shooting). The camera is closer up to the boys so it shows off their particular moves more, you can focus/appreciate their performance, and see the faces/attitude/vibe they’re giving off more and the nuances in their moves.

I LOVE that you saw this! It's my absolute favorite dance videos of theirs. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE that they danced to LB (I was a bit of a s8r kid in high school and they were required listening in the late 90s early 2000s) Kookie (Jungkook's nickname) loves rock music; he said he loves Linkin Park. This was just like a little preview before they debuted. Like a teaser about what kind of group they were and how AMAZING their dance skills were. And intro to BTS.

I love this video because BTS was throwing some serious shade here to ALL of the poor camera work on ALL of the music shows...but they did it with such style! The camera angles equal out to "normal", "far out zoom" and "close up". I blame Jungkook for the Limp Biskit. They performed this as part of a set for a year-end music show but the camera work was atrocious so Big Hit creates this to show what it SHOULD look like if you have camera skills lol. Also, most people don’t realize at first glance that the rewind part is actually them dancing in rewind. Skills.
It's crazy that this was BTS x BigHit's response to a really bad camera work from a Korean TV/network of their LIVE performance of the same choreography. The camera work was so bad because it did NOT capture BTS performance/choreography like it should be. In response to that crappy camera work, they filmed this INTRO Performance in 3 different camera angles!! It's a very classy clap back...Bangtan style. 😂👍💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I remember watching this performance live, and I was absolutely devastated by the camera work! Everyone in the fandom were so sad and angry because we obviously knew something amazing was going on, we just didnt know what. We're blessed that Bighit cares about BTS and ARMY, and that they wanted to showcase this amazing performance properly with this video ♥
