- Bella is diagnosed with Pfeiffer syndrome, a condition that affects the shape of her skull. She wishes that other children would just say “hi” and accept that she’s a normal kid.
Bella is so typical she even quits “Candyland” when her Dad is winning.

i love how bella tries to talk by herself even if there’s a speaker in right front of her to use. she’s so cute.
I am glad that he let Bella take her time communicating because she has to think about what she wants to say before she types but I am happy that she learned sign language and is able to speak too! Bella is a smart girl who deserves to be loved and accepted!!!

Chris always gives his advocates time :) he interviewed a 20some year old almost 30 mins, a couple 15s a 20 and a few 5-6 minutes to respond and recorded it. He sat patiently and watched her work her machine, quietly, and kept on asking questions even with all that time between, then he captioned the time she gave her anster at the bottom so we could skip to it if wanted, but alot of folks waited too

Bella may be mentally and intellectually the same as other kinds, though. This syndrome often only affects the bones while the brain stays absolutely healthy.
It warms my heart that this girl is so cute and amazing! It’s hard to believe that ppl think she’s a punishment from god she is the literal opposite she’s an angel!
She is like everyone else but a slightly different vessel. Dad is wise. Only the best parents get the special angels.
Fun fact: the name Bella in Italian means “beautiful”. Just to show that she is really a beautiful human being. Peace and love to her and her family. ❤️✨🌈

I can’t ever wrap my head around any sort of negativity her and her family receive. Her parents are extremely lucky to have such a beautiful soul for a daughter and she’s lucky to have such incredible parents who love her for who she is.
She has so much patience and grace. I imagine it must be difficult to understand everything that’s going on but not being able to verbally express yourself. Being aware that your body cannot keep up with your brain must be very frustrating at times. I’m glad she has a system in place that works for her, allowing her to communicate. And I’m happy to see she has such a loving family that is patient with her.
