As you can see Shai only beats Jokic in Steals and PPG. Jokic decimates him in mostly every other stat category under the sun. There's levels to this and Shai wasn't even close. Jokic was so far ahead in the MVP convo that they had to try and make it interesting by including Shai and making it look like he has a chance.

Anthony Edwards is a bona fide class act, especially when compared to older, supposedly more mature players, who often without hesitation blame coaching staff and teammates before they take responsibility for a horrible overall performance. I mean, just compare post-game interviews of Edwards versus LeBron, AD, etc. and you'll wonder why it's the young guy who displays such maturity and sportsmanship.

The problem with Carl Anthony Townes is he wants to shoot threes. If I’m the Nuggets, I will let him do that all day long because that’s a seven footer that can’t get a rebound if he’s at the three-point line.
