Sinclairs Retreat Dooars at Chalsa is arguably the best destination in North Bengal where you can unwind, rejuvenate and live with nature. It is so resplendently green that you have to see it to believe it. The resort typifies total comfort in a luxuriously abundant environment. It is the perfect place for revitalising the mind and spirit. Here you see miles and miles of green complimented by an azure blue sky. The suites and rooms at the resort are inspiring, simple and elegant. Rooms in each cottage offer functional conveniences as they overlook an unspoilt natural landscape. The suites are distinctive in style with private gardens that will tempt you to stay outdoors! You'll get lost in the calm and the serenity of the surroundings. The resort has a multi-cuisine restaurant offering a panaromic view of the Gorumara valley. The cozy bar is created on a jungle theme! One look at its rustic décor is enough to transport you into the 'jungle world.' Also, there's an olympic size swimming pool, a health club with ayurvedic treatments and massage facilities, gym, indoor games - table tennis, billiards and board games, childrens park, 4 conference venues (including an outdoor pavillion) and outdor games like cricket, croquet, cycling and badminton. If you like gardening, the resort grows medicinal shrubs, flavouring herbs, unusual vegetables and aromatic plants.
