I have no idea if Jake is on steroids, it is probable that he is. However, I don’t think the shape of his head is a good argument. He grew a beard, and has it cut specifically to make him look more masculine. Also, all these pictures people use of Jake from when he was a Disney star were from when he was 16-17 years old. Does your face look the same at 30 as it did when you were 17 as a man? No, we become more masculine looking as we age.
