Great commentary!
9:03 it’s not because the chariot is registrated, it’s theron to be visible on the road. There must be some reflectonal thing on back of the chariot and many people but expired or invalid plates. In romania the red plate is temporary plate (that is valid just for one month or so)

7:55 the movie wouldn't make sense if you watch the X-men movies either, cause that's not the X-men, that's Captain America: Civil War.

That's Winter Soldier. Not Civil war
Fun fact: The palace of parliment in Bucharest (aka ' Peoples Hose') was Ceausescu's (our dictator at the time) terrible ideea to take down entire neighbourhoods just to build the largest building in the world (at the time) for no reason. Also, it is now the second biggest after some tower in Chicaggo.
Lol " it is now the second biggest after some tower in Chicaggo" is the second biggest after Pentagon and the heaviest in the world... it sinks every year.
