- Actor, writer and comedian Tim Key gives us a glimpse at his new book of lockdown-inspired poetry called 'He Used Thought as a Wife.'
He tells Sky News how the poetry shows 'the deterioration of my own mental wellbeing' while at the same time giving him the motivation to stay sane.

I love time key too. Not many humans are as endearing as Tim. It hurts my heart a little bit
I love Tim Key, ever since he used to be the resident poet (and shambles) on Charlie Brooker’s shows. The poems are great, but as always are best when read out by Tim himself, with his little irrelevant notes an self-aggrandising explanations thrown in.
The thorniest of issues, reading poetry on Sky News.
I’m chuffed for Tim and Emily Juniper, it’s a brilliant book that captured a particular mood and I for one won’t mind reading it again in 5 years.
I love that Buckinghamshire Broadband rears its head at @02:58
Is she wearing job gloves?
A *very* creative, original mind.
Writing it out sounds a lot happier than the misery a lot of us put ourselves through
Just finished reading the first book while sitting in a deckchair in the garden. Now just started the second book 'Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush'
Key to start.
Should be writing another peep show
first
Let’s hope football stadiums remain empty so we can all stay safe #BigLockdown and hopefully all sporting events cease once the season is over #trustscience the same goes for music events too so no more concerts and universities and schools must remain shut forever zoom is future.
