Sir mujhe ek urgent jankari chahiye. Mere mami papa 30 sal se kisi ke jamin me kam kar rahe the. Rice, bhutta, jute jo bhi hota tha vo karte the aur land lord ko bhi adhi hissa date the. Abhi land lord keh raha hai kee jamin ko chod do. To kiya isme hume bhi kuch jamin milega? Maine dekha hai kee bahut sal ager koi kisi aur ke jamin adhi leka kam karte hai to unko pure jamin me se 25 yay something dena padta hai. Land lord bhi ST hai aur hum bhi ST hai.

With the eminence request, I am looking for information about (Gorkhaland Territorial Administration ) lands & Dooars lands of Westbengal
I have certain queries, if you could help me out or could make a detailed video on GTA lands & Dooars would be a great help to Gorkha people there are more than 8 million Gorkha in this territory of West Bengal I have listed some queries for you if you could make some contribution would be a great help for the people of GTA & Dooars in regards for purchasing land.
1. There are 80% of land in GTA & Dooars of Nepali Domine have no registry land can those land be purchased?
2. The vested land as we called them is been there for generations & people have lived more than 5 generations over there can those land be converted to register?
3. If we buy any land in GTA & Dooars what is the process? eg:- People over that region buy & sell land for housing & agriculture purposes but they do not have any papers as still today the registry of those land has not been committed.
The method they used while acquiring the land is getting a 100₹ stamp duty paper & writing a memorandum stating the land has been purchased so & so cost & has been transferred to the buyer with a thump stamp & signature of seller & buyer with the Panchatay head of the community. Will this method be enough for buying the land for the people staying in those regions?
4. Will the government can remove people staying generation on those land but does not have registry paper for the land? As 80% of the land is not registered by the West Bengal government.
If you could give us any information on this it would be a great help to a lot of people who are looking to buy land in those regions.

Mat kharidna, mene 2013 me, siliguri me ek plot kharida tha, par mujhe tab barga ke bare me pata nahi tha, jab ghar banane k liye engineer k pass gaya to bola isme 2 bargadar hai, plan pass nahi ho sakta. Tab se me kuch nahi kr paya hu. Agar apko koi information ho to pls batana.
