Imagine towers building another coaster that breaks the inversion world record but this time they name it the chuckler. Big fan btw.

I know it's being refurbished. I was at towers last weekend and I was talking with the bloke in the shop outside duel and he said the queue is a bit larger because the ride is closing and he said that the queue will be larger once the ride reopens from its refurb.
I think they could stick some mist into the tunnels on nemesis and that could add a bit

Love this video mate! Always forget about this ride at AT ngl, I'm with you the lasers and blasters gimmick is very outdated and takes out the scares. It would be great if it was rethemed as a classic ghost train rather than the VR technology used at thorpe park.

Cracking vid mate, I've said S&S Axis from day 1....didn't think about putting it indoors though, think that would be worthy of the SW stamp for sure. Cant believe you never got on the original HH! Used to be the best dark ride in the country. Get rid of the shooting and fully immerse me in fear.

There is a clue in duels queue above the horse there are some letters, that’s all I know
This might be one of the most interesting speculations you’ve done, as this thing with Duel has only really come up recently and yet many people come up with many accurate scenarios for Duel’s future!

3:14 Duel will close on the 6th of September and will be rethemed to a Indoor coaster which will be built by Vecoma.
It will have the queue and the Exterior of duel but with more features and better.
And it will be SW9.

If they were to build a hybrid coaster then I think it would have to have a launched lifthill like lightning rod so it can gain a lot of speed whilst being close to the ground

I feel like the best chance of RMC coming to Towers would be the RMC Raptor. Compact, versatile and something Towers could work with. Imagine the world’s first launched RMC Raptor

Imagine a Randomised jumpscare sequence on a new dark ride making it different everytime
I'd personally love to see them do something within haunted hallows, maybe a possible new coaster (Axis Multi-Launch) or even a step in a crazy direction, but I'd even like to consider them doing something alongside a SFX Coaster from Dynamic Attractions and include it into the existing duel attraction and a outdoor portion going into Gloomy Woods/haunted hallows. (SFX would be something John would consider "Impressive Technology")
Never thought about that SFX Coaster! I'm not sure if they would choose one since they're having a ton of problems actually getting the things built. But technology wise it would make a lot of sense 🙂👍

i feel like you are under appreciating the fact that duel is a cracking kids ride and i think they should stick with the idea of it being for younger people

Hang on. I just remembered there are 4 tilt coasters on the way. It wouldn’t surprise me if Alton makes one of these as they have such a unique selling point.
I went on duel today and it was quite scary it was a lot darker and a lot more jumpy
While I get wanting a scary haunted house ride, one of the things duel is quite good at is being fun for children as well. I personally like the shooting as it makes it a competition to see who can score the highest which adds fun to the ride.
Yeah that's true 🙂👍 although they could still keep it family friendly, just more atmospheric and exciting.

Maybe the new theme, if that's all that's happening to it, could link both thirteen and secret weapon 9 together or something like that. The announcement could be on 06/09 since the numbers are written how someone would usually write the date, but it could also mean a time span that it could happen over, 15 months or something. Probably thinking way too into this.
SW9 I’m saying something unheard of. Axis is interesting but is it interesting enough to be the most impressive technology John Wardley has ever seen. It’s most likely to be something that hasn’t been publicly announced. Maybe something at the same level of projects coming to universal parks such as the boom coaster or the suspended boat dark ride (I’m not saying it will be a dark ride or boom coaster just something at that level)
I am curious! Must admit 🙂 was thinking something on the lines of what Universal did with Escape from Gringotts would be cool. Love the combination of theming and the Roller Coaster segments.

With duel there has to be something with the lore of this is my house, maybe it’s the girl who’s house it is taking it over and whatnot, the risotto has a story to it literally every ride has a story so there has to be a clue or something abt duel

I really like Duel It's a pretty good ride and fun for all the family. I'm a big fan of rail shooter video games.

What are peoples thoughts on secret weapon 9 do they want something completely original or a popular IP. Something original would be my first choice but I would love a doctor who dark coaster as a smaller version of something like guardians of the galaxy. I also think the weeping angels would be a good fit for the haunted hollow.

Do you think (06 + 09) equaling Fifteen may have something to do with a thermatic sequal to Thirteen? 🤣 I know everyone hates duel but I'll be a little sad depending on how it changes. I like the shooting aspect as it's different from the coasters and it's a break from standing in queues 😄. Although this and theming are done poorly.

Yeah, this ride never has a queue, and like- if your gonna keep the laser guns, don't make them easy to break. Yes- I bent the gun around and it clicked so I'm pretty sure I kinda broke the gun on the ride. It'd be pretty cool if it spun around the track like gangsta granny and its also be cool if it had like moments of acceleration and make it so it isn't just a zombie hiding, having a spaz attack and some weird dragon thing moving behind a pillar-

Duel is dead lol sorry but yeah it was always crap I've said many times it's a huge show building so why not a multi level dark ride that would be out of this world at the towers Emily will have room to play lol and as for secret weapon 9 well in door stuff wont happen in my opinion they want it to be a world first that can be seen so who knows it's not long till we know but love the vlog 👍
