I created it using Photoshop Elements 2020. I'd like to find a way to do that in PhotoDirector, but if it can be done, I haven't discovered how yet. --Jim

You can spend lots of time getting the timing the way you want in many aspects of video editing. I'm usually approximate in my tutorials. --Jim

The graphic is quite likely an off-the-shelf graphic and can be easily made in virtually any graphics program.

Setting rotation at -360 degrees I think would make the object rotate anti-clockwise!.
