i asked parents what they want, they said they want to see me happy. For them happiness means good job and then a good married life. I don't know whether defination of their happiness is same as mine.

We have always been told to fulfill our parents dreams because they have sacrificed so much for us and it's our duty to make them proud and satisfied. I'm going through this stage. I feel pressurised with my one decision bcz my parents expectations more than mine. Somehow I want to get rid of these situations.....but thing is that parents never understand at this point.

This lockdown made me analyze myself that I am doing some things not out of my happiness or things I really want to do its just for my parents happiness. Though I really want to talk it out in the middle of my btech 2nd yr I wud push them into a situation which will make them feel sad and pressurized.
